Raja Ferry is slow but cheap and the thing I like most about it, as it is so big, you can super recline the seats and get quite comfortable sleep (together with the fact that it’s a heavy ferry and therefore quite stable). I always get seasick so the travel sickness pills do the rest. Very chilled to watch the sunset from Raja Ferry on the way to Phangan! -

What a pretty view from the restaurant perched up on the hill. Don't realise the exquisite Buddha statue further up, till you leave the pier.

Raja Ferry Terminal is one of the ferry services in Donsak pier for Koh Samui and Koh Phangun. Its cheaper and has less que as compared to Seatran Ferry Service or others!

Slow and old ferries between Suratthani and Koh Phangan. It is however the only option to get your vehicle across the sea.
The black smoke from the chimney however should be addressed by management immediately. The seats are uncomfortable and the toilets need cleaning more often, plus some walkways are dangerous to use as railings are missing from certain positions. Passengers could be lost overboard. Their website needs upgrading to make it both useful and informative.

I like really this company because their work and their services completely excellent and the notice about every thing that Passengers name and the fee the cost is acceptable and rational.

The raja ticketing system for a private car is very confusing as are the idiot staff. U must get a q ticket before buying the boat ticket. U must also tell them the island u are going to when u get the q ticket or they will automatically assume u are going to samui. The ferry is prone to accidents so make sure u have an escape plan if it sinks

สะตวกดีมาก บรรยากาศร่มรื่น ห้องน้ำสะอาด ทางลาดสำหรับรถเข็น วิวทิวทัศน์ พนักงานต้อนรับ คิว ที่จอดรถ พอเข้าใจ อาหารการกินหลากหลาย ราคาพอรับได้ การรอลงเรือใช้เวลาพอสมควร ตามจำนวนรถเข้าออกมากน้อย เวลาขึ้นลงเรือไม่อยากให้คนเจ็บขา และคนพิการคนอายุมากคนชราต้องเดินเป็นระยะทางไกล

Not alot there. Food upstairs in the restaurant was nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful

There is no 7 Eleven here so if you're planning to buy a prepaid card you need to buy in Koh Pangan or Koh Samui

Off peak, just turn up, buy a ticket and drive on the ferry. However best to prebook if it's high season.
