Really great courts to play on at a fraction of the price of some others we have visited on the island. Concrete courts 150 p/h and free racket hire, friendly staff!

I recently visited Paprika on Koh Phangan, lured in by the promise of local Thai cuisine, only to be met with an utterly appalling dining experience. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant so grossly misrepresent the rich and vibrant flavors of Thai food. The Pad Thai, a dish celebrated for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, and savory, was bizarrely seasoned with a sweet and sour sauce, reminiscent of a poorly executed Westernized adaptation, completely devoid of authenticity. This wasn’t just a misstep; it was a culinary catastrophe that seemed tailored to cater to non-Thai palates at the expense of genuine flavor.

But the disappointment didn’t stop at the food. The safety standards, or the lack thereof, were downright alarming. During our visit, we witnessed electrical wires being recklessly “repaired” in a manner that sent sparks flying across the restaurant. This not only demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer safety but also reflects poorly on the establishment’s overall management and operational standards.

To potential visitors, I implore you to seek your culinary adventures elsewhere on Koh Phangan. There are numerous establishments on the island that offer authentic Thai cuisine, where the flavors are cherished and safety is not compromised. Paprika, unfortunately, is not one of those places. Consider this a warning to steer clear, lest you wish to be bitterly disappointed and potentially put in harm’s way.

Guys, don’t be misled by the fact that you are ecstatic – dancing without stimulants or drugs. At your ecstasy, there are people smoking weed and a lot of stoned people on the dance floor and around. This is not an ecstatic idea. Rename your dances. The place is not clean. But one for you for rudeness on the part of a Russian-speaking manager. The communication experience was unpleasant. And the music in general is ok.

Great place and great atmosphere, extraordinary cuisine and we had the impression of eating in Italy, very well received by the owners Andréa and Leïla. I highly recommend this restaurant

Perfect if you like it a little quieter. The facility is super spacious. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it felt like there wasn't much going on.
You can get to the hustle and bustle in 10 minutes by taxi.
Unfortunately, there are not enough scooters available for rent. If you want one, you have to contact reception as soon as possible. But there is a transfer for 200bath per person. You can always find a taxi back for 500 baths - so you can do it without a scooter, but it's a little more expensive

Very quick and efficient but above all else they are consistently excellent at poaching eggs! (Very reasonable prices too)

Great costumes and cool owner. He speaks Russian and helps with everything. Recommendation and 5+ stars
