Disgusting service. We took a ticket for 11, arrival time is 12: 30. In fact, the start was at 11: 30 and arrival only at 2 o’clock. But that's not all. In the morning we had a reservation for 6 am. When we arrived at the pier, we were given tickets for 7 am, they said the ferry would be late, when we asked to return the money for the ticket to go from another pier, we were told that tickets were not refundable. That is, the company cannot fulfill its obligations and does not return the money.

เรือแต่ละลำวิ่งช้ามากจาก1ชั่วโมง​ครึ่งเป็น2ชั่วโมง​ครึ่ง​ถึง​3ชั่วโมง​ (เหมาะกับคนที่อยากเที่ยวทะเลได้อยู่​ในทะเลนานๆ) ​ห้องน้ำ​ก็ปิดไม่ได้ แอร์​ห้องโดยสาร​ไม่มี (บางลำ) ​

Unorganized and late. They request you to arrive with your vehicule 30 minutes in advance or will refuse your booking and ask you to take a queue, which can be lasting for the whole day. But as a regular user, you can know they always board ships about 30 minutes late and arrive at their destination about 1 hour late. It's their trademark, combined with unfriendly and arrogant staff. Ships are run down and creepy rusted. Less than 2 years ago we boarded their ship and they failed to dock in Lipa Noi, Samui. They left the ship adrift for more than one hour without any notice to passengers freaking out. Remember that one of their ship sank not so long ago drowning many people.

วันนี้ผมใช้บริการไปเกาะพะงัน ขึ้นมาบนเรือตกใจมากทำไมบนเรือถึงไม่มีเสื้อชูชีพเลย ปกติผมเคยข้ามไปสมุยจะมีเสื้อชูชีพไว้ที่ใต้เบาะนั่ง แต่บนเรือรำนี้ไม่มีเลย ผมว่าเรื่องนี้สำคัญ​เลยนะครับ ผมพาครอบครัวมาเที่ยวแบบนี้ไม่ปลอดภัยเลย เรื่องนี้เรื่องใหญ่นะครับ

เป็นการบริการที่แย่มากๆๆๆๆๆที่เคยเห็นมาถ้าให้ลงเฉพาะคิวจองมึงก็บอกงดคิวปกติเสียซะไม่ใช่ให้เขามารอ4-6ชม. แล้วมึงมาบอกว่าเรือเต็มแล้ว กูไม่ใช่มาขอทาน

การจัดการหน้างาน​ แย่ที่สุด​ ทำให้คนต้องมาเข้าคิว​ 2 ช. ม​ ก่อนเดินทาง​ แม้นจะจองมาทางออนไลน์
แถมพอได้เวลาเข้าไปเตรียมออกตั๋ว​เจอรถคันนึงที่จองมาผิดเวลา​ จอดรถกั๊กประท้วง​ ไม่ขยับรถ​ (เหตุเกิด​ 23​ก. ค​ เวลา​ 7.45 เช้า​ และเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่มีใครสนใจมาทำอะไรได้)
สรุปหลัง​รอมา​ 2 ช. ม​ คิวรถเหลือ​ 1 เลน​ เพราะมีคนเห็นแก่ตัวก่อเหตุแบบนี้​
เวลาฝ่ายการจัดการทำผิด​ ลูกค้าทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย​
แต่การที่ลูกค้าพลาดมาในรอยที่ตนจอง​ ควรมีการแก้ไขให้สามารถไปในรอบถัดไปได้​ (สายการบินก็ทำเช่นนั้น)
ระบบการออกตั๋วแย่มากๆ​ มีแค่​ 2 เลน​ และเจ้าหน้าที่​ต้องมีการอบรม​ training มากกว่านี้หลายเท่า
ขณะนี้เพิ่งเปิดเกาะหลังจากสถานการณ์​โควิด​ แต่คุณกลับปล่อยประละเลยในการปรับปรุงบริการให้ดีมากกว่าในอดีต

แนะนำว่าควรทำการจองคิวรถข้ามฟากแบบออนไลน์ก่อนมาที่ท่าเรือนะครับ และควรมาที่ท่าเรือก่อนเวลาเรือออกอย่างน้อยสามสิบนาทีเพื่อกันพลาด ส่วนเวลาเดินเรือที่ผมเจอขึ้นว่าใช้เวลาประมาณ1ชั่วโมง30นาที แต่เวลาเดินเรือจริงๆใช้เวลาไปสองชั่วโมงครับ ดังนั้นควรเผื่อเวลาเอาไว้ให้มากๆหน่อยนะครับ แถมเที่ยวขากลับจองไว้รอบบ่ายโมงแต่กว่าจะได้ออกจริงบ่ายสองโมงกว่าๆและเดินเรืออีกสองชั่วโมงนิดๆทำผมเกือบตกเครื่อง บนเรือเฟอร์รี่มีห้องน้ำและมีร้านขายของมินิมาร์ทบริการครับ

รอนานเป็นบางครั้งแล้วแต่จังหวะค่ะ ขนาดจองตั๋วไว้นะค่ะ แต่บางครั้งฟลุ้คโชคดีก็รอไม่นานขนาดตั๋วwalk in ค่ะ

จองออนไลน์รอบบ่าย 3ในเว็บแจ้งว่าให้มาถึงก่อนครึ่งชั่วโมง เรามาถึง บ่าย 2 ครึ่ง นั่งจอดรถรอไปค่ะ. รอไปนานๆๆๆๆ 4 โมงเรือถึงจะออกค่ะ. ช้ามาก. ไม่ตรงเวลาเลย.

Bad bad bad experience ️

The ferry was on time on our way to Samui and back. One time we booked in advance, the other time not, both worked very well (Feb 2020). I found the staff to be polite.
The ship and everything around it is quite old but still functionary. Price for one car and two adults was 550 TB.

Very good smooth service, we went on raja 2 it’s not aesthetically pleasing and looks really worn and dirty but it was a nice ride and no problems.

Everything was on time, we even had time to get some food m, they have a little shop onboard for things like noodles.

Very messy and unorganized. Try finding your bus when 400 passenger boat lands. Staff speaks almost no English. Even Thais have trouble understanding what to do here

Was upset to see the thick black plumes of smoke being emitted by the ferry I took, something which couldn't be said for any of the other ferries that were at sea at the same time. Not sure what exactly they put in their fuel but if you're looking for a green option this certainly isn't it.
