49A very relaxing stay, the staff were fantastic as usual, the only downside was the weather rain and more rain, the last 2 day's were sunny so I can't complain, restaurant staff were very good always smiling even when the heavens opened up and the rain and wind just blew everything around. I will return later again this year, hopefully better weather.
Genau was wir gesucht haben. Ruhe und kein Touritrubel weit und breit! Service ist ausgesprochen gut. Fahrzeug wäre von Vorteil, sagt man, wir hatten keins und haben viel zu Fuss unternommen.
The staff are amazing, the view, pools and ocean are great. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfasts were great but the buffet dinners and a la carte food was a huge a let down.

โดยถือว่าใช้ได้ แต่การต้อนรับไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้า ต้องรอให้ลูกค้าบอกเอง รถจอดนานแล้วจะมาถามหน่อยก็ไม่มีว่าเช็คอินหรือครับ กลับยืนเฉย แต่ยังดีที่มีน้องแป้งแผนกตอนรับ บริการดี และก็น้องเอกแผนกยกกระเป๋า และที่สำคัญ แจ้งผู้จัดการก็ไม่มาพบ ทั้งๆที่บอกว่าถ้ามาพักที่นี้ให้บอกเค้า อันนี้ถือว่าใช้ไม่ได้ เพราะไม่มีสัจจะให้ลูกค้า ปัญหาเล็กๆน้อยๆก็พบเห็นแต่ำด้รับดารแก้ไขที่ดี
We're staying here for the fifth time in 5 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and the spa is amazing.
The food in the restaurant is good and the cocktails are really nice.
Your welcome upon arrival is always warm and you feel relaxed as soon as you check you in.
Over the years we've had a random issue or two, but anything that's wrong is promptly put right.
Book here in confidence.
We still have two weeks left of our current stay and are loving it here.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Tolle einzelne Villen als Hotelzimmer. Das Essen ist ebenfalls Spitze und der Shuttle Service zum Schwester Hotel am Changweng Beach ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Villa und alles super, Essen im Hotel für Thailand relativ teuer. Die Lage ist ohne Auto schwierig zu erreichen.
Good hotel with friendly services. It's a bit far from anything but that was something we knew about already when we got here. However, they offer shuttle busses quite regularly to go to Lamai and Chaweng so it's no problem. They offer a nice breakfast and dining. There is a nice spa located on the hotel grounds as well. Everyone are very helpful here.
