Direct exit to the seafront, just 2' from the entire shopping area.
Very comfortable beds.
Very clean.
Good hair dryer, has complimentary beach flip flops.
You can order all the toiletries you need through the app and they will bring them to your room.
Very friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet has Western options.
The sea views are what you expect when you pay for sea views, you are on the first line of the beach, live it is better than in the photos.
I will repeat again.

A great experience. Location is perfect nearby local market Just 200 meters distance. Hospitality is superb, all staff are well trained and friendly. Food is awesome, not over priced.

The hotel lacks in hospitality and is understaffed, which results in rude behaviour of staff. At night the hotel looks like a haunted place. Lack of good room service, and you will not even get a water bottle if you call them at night. Rooms are clean, top notch with branded fittings and fixtures.
I booked the room for 12000 inr and for that amount i didnt find it worth the mo ey except for the location.
Very less vegetarian options in the menu

Excellent location! Large rooms. Suitable for families. Take only on the side of the pool and not on the sewer river.

Since it was recently built, it is very clean and tidy. There are also two swimming pools, but there are many Westerners tanning on the beach side, and many families bring their children to enjoy the inner pool. Breakfast is just that, and the beach is connected in front, so it's nice to see the sunset. There is also a fisherman bar right next door. The downside is that the distance to get out of town is quite far, so if you go back and forth a few times, you will get tired from the heat. I stayed 3 nights in total and I intend to visit again.

Nice hotel with many services, very varied food for Europeans, very attentive staff although it is difficult for them to understand English, sometimes communication is complicated but with Google translator there is no problem. Very nice pools next to the beach, good location for do all the excursions since it is close to the pier, shops, bars, etc. There is one guy in particular who was super attentive to us, Ron was the only one who understood us from the first moment, he is an excellent professional, he was very patient since we do not speak English very good but he made us understand everything.

At the beginning, we actually were a bit reluctant to stay in this hotel since quite few old guests gave very unkind reviews about their experiences.
After few considerations, we decided to stay here. And we end up love our staying. We have 2 double beds in our room, a fantastic AC, clean and bright. They change the towels everyday and our room is always smell good and they always give extra bottle of water everyday. Close to the beach, restaurants and small supermarkets, we love the location. The breakfast has lots of varieties, from salad, thai food, fresh bread, eggs, noodle soup, yoghurt and many fruits. Their staffs are always very kind to make sure our stay fun and enjoyable. We enjoy our staying and add another night in here before go back to our country. Thank you Centara

Hotel amenties ไม่ครบ ควรมีถุงพลาสติกสำหรับใส่เสื้อผ้า หากลูกค้ามีเสื้อผ้าเปียก พื้นทางเดินเข้าห้องพักมี step เกือบล้มหลายครั้ง อาหารที่ห้องงานเลี้ยงอารี อาหารทะเลไม่สด ทั้งๆที่อยู่ริมทะเล ส่วนห้องพักดี ทำเลสวย อาคารกับสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมสวยมากครับ

Great location. Pool with deck chairs and then the terrace right at the beach. There’s an option for a private tent for a romantic dinner for two ont hè beach. There’s a fire juggling show each night. Very friendly staff!

Checkin experience was not worth it. There was no welcome drink nor any sign of welcome. The staff asked us to go to the counter and sign the form and then we headed to room. Plus they have taken 2000 bhat deposit. Not sure for what since we haven't been charged deposit in any of the other 5 star properties.

Had a wonderful stay at Centara Ao Nang Resort. Very upscale accommodations. Clean, appealing rooms; friendly staff; and a truly lovely included breakfast. We spent a few days exploring the nearby islands by boat, and one day just hanging out poolside. We enjoyed every moment of it!

Very nice view with sunset and live music, perfect location.restaurant staffs are also very polite and friendly, nice service. Foods are good, there are options for vegetarians as well. The room is spacious and clean. We will sure come back soon.

Excellent hotel! Perfect for families who are looking for a relaxed beach getaway. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Special shout out to HARU at Coco Pool Bar for her hospitality and great personality! We are definitely coming back again!

It is the perfect hotel. Staff was so so kind with a smile every time and very corteous. They had many details with us in our honey moon and in my birthday. The room was so confortable. Food was really tasty and with a lot of options to choose. To sum up, marvellous. Highly recommended!
