Centara Villas Samui

Perfect place with unique beach. Noodang and pom were great and they provided us with wonderful service. The Chief Jook made us an amazing seafood platter. I highly recommend it.

So good i had to write a review.
If your looking a holiday to be spoiled and pampered then look no further.
Centara villas samui have it all.
On arrival we were greeted with the most heart warming staff with hands together and bowing welcoming you like you were royalty. Bags were taken by staff and we were directed to our room through the most well kept stunning gardens palms and pathways to our villa, We had a gate for privacy, our own pool, sunbeds, terrace, tables and chairs with the most beautiful view of the beach with the sea the sand and the gaint palms all blending in with the clear blue sky, a totally breath taken scene,
Double glass doors from the terrace open our villa to a huge bedroom with the biggest bed i have ever seen and on the bed were flowers, swans made from towels and welcome set out in coffee beans.the view as soon as i open my eyes in the morning just couldnt happen quick enough and right enough it caught me by surprise.with only the angels missing i had to have an extra hour in bed propped up admiring the view hoping heaven is going to be as nice.the huge shower room toilet etc well laid out with all the complimentary puffs, sprays, powders, creams, etc that men keep moving were all there but i did notice it was not just the usual hotel cheap soaps it was good quality. So coffee had to be made which made me laugh, they have thought of everything for all tastes of everyone then i find a fridge full off juice etc with tv above, sky box thing, dressing table, huge mirror, light up wardrobe, thermal curtains, ceiling fan air conditioning and all lights work from your bed, open the doors to sit out with your coffee and the heat just melts you wow.sitting watching coconuts and bananas growing with jungle sounds and the amazing birds singing.on our way down to the restaurant along the footpaths through the palms every corner was a different view till wee seen the restaurant well this was another experience, built on the beach with canopy formed around the palms that grow inside and out or even beside your table, a knee high wall garden thats rich in greenery seperates you from the the golden sandy beach. Tables chairs all set out perfect and set to your liking, this has a split level flooring leaving you the choice of dining inside or right beside the sea but still under shelter, the setting is romantic night or day, staff again are on top off everything, everyone knows what to do and when to do it.they keep an eye on you so you have no need to move, they just cant do enough, they have their heart set on you having a wonderfull time at centara and that is what they do along with being most proper mannered lovely people you could ever meet.the food the choice the taste the selection, menu or buffet everything has been very carefully prepared by top chefs, presentation says it all, fruit carved into flowers is an art alone but theses chefs take it as a normal day, everything is clockwork and nothing a problem.cocktail bar you order anything and you got it, wide selection of drinks coffee teas and good cocktails mixed by centara cocktail king such a pleasant guy.manageress manager boss everyone is on board and are there to talk with everyone no one is above anyone on the floor of centara villas. We have had the most pleasant holiday experience of a lifetime and its all thanks to the wonderfull team of centara villas samui.we hope to meet you all again next year.

This is the best place where we can relax and do some rest. Best room service and all the hotel staff very friendly, cute and helpfulness so much. I love them!

The staff is so friendly and there’s free happy hour for an hour! Bonmy is especially nice:) My friend got bitten by a sea urchin and the staff was so helpful in curing him with lime and vinegar water- they checked back on him after an hour to make sure he was okay. Nothing to complain about! Thank you for the amazing service and dream-like stay:)

Centara Villas Samui is my second home. I am now up to my 9th stay at this resort with the first stay being in 2007. The staff here are my Thai family with Anu and Bonny being my Thai mum’s. In all seriousness.the resort experience and staff service are second to none. A beautiful location. Quiet and private. The staff are generous and attentive. I have come back here time and time again for a reason. It is because I don’t need to go anywhere else. Thank you Centara Villas Samui.

Overall lovely place, away from the busy towns but has lots to do outside of the hotel as well as inside- kayaking, paddle boarding. Beach and pool staff exceptional, always went above and beyond to ensure you had comfort and all your needs fulfilled.

The Centara villa's Samui is a fantastic and peaceful hotel in a Quiet location in Samui. <br/>The Staff at Centara are 2nd to none they look after you and have a smile for everyone, Bonnie and uno are always on hand in the Resturant and Bar to help you with your nerds they are simply the best and there staff are always happy and content. Ning and view on reception are always there to help in anyway, The food at the Hotel is fantastic, cooked by sako and his team. <br/>Paul the Gm is doing a fantastic job keeping this Hotel at its best, this was our 8th time at Centara and it gets better every time we go keep up the good work aul and his team

Very good resort everything in resort whole Samui in centara.beautiful beach. Beautiful pool beautiful view, awesome ambience and good breakfast. And thanks to "ploy" for warm welcome and inviting us for cocktail party and very eager to help for every thing. Wonderful holidays at centara.while definitely come soon again.

We stayed in this hotel during August 2019 and our stay was amazing to say the least!
The hotel is amazing, beautiful vegetation surrounds it, lovely landscapes, beach, villas, all 10 out of 10 no doubt!
But.what makes this place is by far the people working here who all have made us feel like we are at home!
I thought I could pretty much define hospitality, but I knew nothing till I came here!
Lets start from our villa cleaner, lovely lady who I had several chats with, but sorry never managed to keep your name in mind. She is the loveliest and most thoughtful, discreet and polite person ever, with making sure everything was spotless for us every day, fresh flowers delivered for our bathroom and so much more. Sorry cant remember your name, but lady who cleaned villa 206 mid to end of August, kudos to you for all your hard work.
Now lets move on to people at the restaurant!
Anu, you made a massive effort making sure that we had our favourite table every single breakfast and dinner time (half-board). No matter how hot, tired you got, you always engaged into conversation with us and made us feel so very welcome.
Second, lovely lady called Mam, perhaps the most smiley warmest individual I have ever met. You made our son feel so welcome from day one and despite the fact that he is slightly shy, you managed to get several smiles out of him, he even wrote a story with you in it!
Den and Jook, amazing chefs, cooked our currys right there and then in front of us listening to all our “demands” about how spicy we want them etc etc.
Very difficult job but was done with a big smile in the deep August heat in Samui island, for us!
Lets move onto chef Sakda, omg, massive credit to your hotel, you dont know how much difference he has made to our holiday and I cant possibly put it down to words.
My husband mentioned to Sakda he liked mangoes and wondered how come there were not many on the buffets. Chef Sakda explained that the reason was that mangoes were out of season, but since then guess what?
Every single meal a massive bowl of mangoes waited for us at both breakfast and dinner!
He was simply amazing, talked to us about his previous experience working in Europe, about his family etc.
It really felt like we were making friends.
Last but not least Noodang and Nueng, guys you made us feel like nothing was ever trouble to you when it came to looking after us and always with humour, high spirits and genuine interest in us and our lives!
A massive heartfelt thank you to Noodang for insisting that I volunteer myself for the fire show, I was sceptical at first, but so glad I did so in the end!
It was an exhilarating experience!
I should not forget Kwan with her jokes and good spirits, no matter how busy it was she always “cracked” a joke with us.
There are so many more people who I wish I could remember the names of, but sorry guys you still do a tremendous job!
I can only wish that if I ever I owned a hotel I could find so invaluable employees like yourselves!

Awesomely Fabulous Resort with Gorgeous Villas, it's Private Beach, Calm water's very good for activity's like Snorkeling, Kayaking, or just relax on beach under palm Trees, Food was delicious, Staff is very friendly, helpful and especially Assistant Manager Mrs. Ploy was very very Good to us, Hospitality beyond Excellence.

We just came back to Centara Villas after our honeymoon 7 years ago. The service here is amazing! Anu, the restaurant manager was still here and we were so happy to be able to see her again! P.s ask for a Coco Loco, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing hotel in beautiful location, peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and super efficient. Anu and her staff in the bar/restaurant make you feel welcome and special, like you are meeting family, and nothing is ever too much effort. Highly recommended.

Charming Holiday-Resort in a beautiful Garden. The Villas are based on a tropical Hill and directly at the Beach.

The Coral-Reef doesn’t allow good swimming but offers good conditions for snorkeling.

The Restaurant and Bar are based directly at the beach with romantic atmosphere night and day.

The Resort is very quiet with no entertainment - so perfect for couples and individuals that look for a relaxed holiday.

Spectacular scenery, accomodation is romantic and staff are very helpful.
A staff member named Saw was particular eager to assist and meet customer satisfaction.
A highly recommended Resort!

Lovely villas although a little worn. Could do with a spruce up. Our spa which was located on our terrace although worked with no problems was also showing its age.
This resort is not for someone who has problems with stairs! We were at the top and counted nearly 140 stairs to the bottom of the hill were the bar, pools and dining area is! Ok going down but a challenge going up in the heat. Spa or own pool comes in handy after the climb!
Bit remote. A small, very small village within walking distance (accessible from the beach from a road next to Coral Bar. Check it out in the light first!).
Three restaurants all good food and a bar, and that's it.
Our villa was kept clean as was our bedding and towels.
The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Food was good. A wide choice of European and Thia for breakfast. Good choice on the lunch and dinner menus.
Spa is lovely, staff friendly and know there stuff. We had a very relaxing massage when first arrived.

Fantastic, a really beautiful place, keep very clean by very friendly staff, all the staff cannot do enough for their guests

Rooms are nice with ocean views. Food was ok. Staff are excellent. Lovely beach and all round a clean and well kept establishment. We would come again.

Beautiful beach location. Good shuttle bus. Bar prices expensive even considering its a hotel, the markup compared to outside was high. Staff all lovely but the Cool Bar along the beach made this accommodation!
