Awesome restaurant right at the waters edge. We were on a days restaurant and pub tour so only did starters but the food coming out for the other guests looked very tasty

Nice and charming place. This is only restaurant review: the food has definitely had a drop from last year. Presentation ok but missed the expected flavors. The staff amazing. Romantic place. Close to fine dining more relaxing. Worthy visiting.

We just ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I got the Thai Discovery seafood menu and my husband got the lobster menu. They were both fantastic.

The beach is great with lots of places to seat.
Pool is small but very nice.
Big room, very privete.
Hotel restaurant is very nice, breackfast was very rich and super taisty.

Zazen has exceeded my expectations in every single way. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind, the food is absolutely amazing, the resort itself is beautiful, the spa is very relaxing, everything is absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed with Zazen!

My best favorite restaurant in Samui! You will be welcomed first with a surreal bamboo tunnel when driving to the parking. The walk in their garden from the reception to the restaurant will be an other delight. I love to go there at night and look at everyone of their lanterns. But you get better seaview during the day. They have Thai dancing on Sundays. Food cannot be better. I like their seafood the most. Highly recommended.

I have stayed all over the world.this was beyond expectations. Kindest, friendliest, fabulous staff. Most exquisite surroundings. Beachfront room fit for royalty. Restaurant and meals so fantastic and tasty (champagne for breakfast). Spa where you are humbled by the good service. Beach boys busy all day. All just with the focus on an unforgettably, amazing experience for their guests. I am at a loss for words to praise Zazen

Probably the best hospitality and friendly staff I have ever experienced. My brother and his wife enjoyed a spectacular wedding here. The entire staff did an incredible job. Food and service was amazing. The managers took an hour of their time to rebook my brothers flights so he could extend his stay. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. Top notch in every way!

Zazen is a restaurant that needs to move away from a mixed menu and focus on one thing. Dishes were not inspiring and the decor makes you feel like you in an Indiana jones movie. Attentive staff but its over kill if you cant simply be left alone for 15 minutes. Three stars for ambience, wine list, and friendly staff.

Asian food is love. Love to visit this place. Great food with amazing staffs. Nice place to take a date.

This is a boutique resort restaurant with very well thought-through menu, mixing european and thai food with extensive (as much as a Thailand island restaurant can) wine list. Service is great and the dishes are imaginative and full of taste (but just exactly.without exaggerating). We are staying in the resort and eating every night here because there is so many dishes we want to taste. I would highly recomend it to anyone.
