Vikasa Life Cafe

We barely got enough. We ordered so many things from the menu and had to say that every dish and drink was just perfect and so delicious. We will definitely visit you again on our next trip to Koh Samui.

Food is so amazing but they open at 9am which was a little inconvenient for the early risers like me.

The place is very beautiful, the view is magnificent. The staff is welcoming, efficient and smiling.hence the 3 stars.
You can pay by credit card, with an additional 3% fee.

I was honestly disappointed with the food at this restaurant. Usually I'm a good customer of this kind of cuisine but here, no.

The mango salmon tartare was served still half frozen. The salmon didn't have a quality consistency and the mango had no taste. We were offered to take it back, which we refused. We didn't want a tartare reheated in the microwave.we let time heat it all up.

The salmon burger had a consistency of salmon sausage meat, very greasy and too salty for my taste. Not terrible. The bun bread was good.
A priori the vegan burger was not bad.

Considering the food prices here, I really expected better than that. The ingredients chosen could be of better quality.

Beautiful views from tables along the wide balcony. Great salads, smoothies and curries. Fresh food. Lots of gluten free options.

How can healthy good be so yummy? !? Love their signature dumplings, burger, seared tuna, mango sticky rice literally everything from food to smoothies to raw vegan dessert! Caramel bounty, tiramisu and lime cheesecake r a must try! Their raw vegan ice cream is so so good too! Especially the almond chocolate flavour

What an appropriate name for this place the Life Cafe, the space the food and atmosphere give life. I had the pleasure of staying at vikasa for 4 weeks and spent some quality time at this cafe, The views are breathtaking the service staff always welcomed me with a big smile. I tried ll there smoothies and couldn’t tell you which one is my favourite everything is made with love. I would highly recommend visiting while staying in koh Samui, also highly recommend staying at vikasa and trying there amazing yoga classes.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

Came to Samui for the first time ever.
We decided to have dinner here on one of the days and we were blown away.
The food was absolutely delicious, complimented by such a breathtaking view of the sea in the Lamai area.
We then came back to this place, many more times for lunch & dinner as well as they have awesome vegan options, which we really enjoyed eating.
I also had some of the best vegan ice cream flavours we’ve ever had!
The service was also incredible. We were greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes every time we were there and they all remembered us.

Highly recommend coming here if you are visiting Samui, it was our overall favourite place to visit for food.

Kitchen and waitress misunderstood each other and came to the table 20 minutes later to serve one of the two burgers we ordered and present apologies from the manager as they could not make the other one, suggesting we should share this one and order something else, which was not an option for us. I chose something else from the menu while the manager was waiting next to me, feeling pressured (which clearly wasn't the intention but was the result), and we had to eat separately.

We discovered a bit later that not only had they made just one of the two burgers (which are not cheap by Thai standards), but even forgot the 60 baht guacamole extra we had ordered on both burgers, adding to the displeasure. Of course at this point we just carried on.

As suspected, they didn't make a gesture on the bill - we even had to pay service which was included as a fixed percentage. Truly, while apologies are appreciated, they are no compensation for the bad experience and consequently warrant a review such as mine.

A gesture on the bill or a freebie would have helped make this experience better. For a 1000 baht breakfast bill, there was some leeway. The place is nice though, hopefully they can learn to do better with hiccups.

Food is delicious (they are very creative with ingrediences), staff members are absolutely wonderful and the atmosfphere is so lovely, warm, welcoming. We enjoyed eating here.

Great food, chill place and an amazing view. At 9.30 the buffet breakfast starts where you can enjoy fresh fruits, muesli, juices, coffee, for 400thb. All but one time we went there, i had the avocado mashed toast with their secret spices, definately worth it! Top that off with a poached egg or tempeh and you're set until late in the afternoon. The restaurant didn't do take away at the time since the kitchen wasn't able to manage more production.

The Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl and the Salmon Burger are absolutely amazing!
The Creppe was pretty nice.
The Affogato needs improvement.
The service was good, even though slightly slow, but it was a bit crowded at some point, as the evening brought more people.
The atmosphere is really nice: the view is awesome, and the place itself has some "soul" in it.

My first meal at Life cafe was the salmon, YUM!
The other is just a standard (extreme sarcasm) breakfast for me from the "choose your own" section of the breakfast buffet:)

Nice cafe, a little pricy for Thailand. But the food and shake was delicious. The only thing was the portion is a bit small, I was left wanting more.

10/10 - A must visit!
Views are spectacular at Vikasa and the food is just as good.
A great menu - we tried the salmon with sweet potato puree and coconut and mushroom ceviche, it was divine.
Also tried the vegan burger and added guacamole, this was the best "no fake meat" vegan burger I have ever had. It had so many great elements to it, it is impossible to ever miss meat when eating delights like this.

Green juices were nice but small, prices were reasonable and definitely worth the price!

Highly recommend the visit when in Koh Samui.

Great attention to detail, quality foods, amazing spot with a fantastic viewpoint.

It's a little bit pricey, but it's worth it.

Also recommended if you wanna keep on the speed on your yoga practice?

I could not believe how nice this place was! We stopped in for breakfast and we’re blown away!
I’m from San Diego so I was skeptical of a vegan yoga spot as being something I could just get back home but this place really is paradise.
We came back in the afternoon for ice cream (vegan) and a yoga class! I strongly recommend this place!

Many vegan options. The biew is great. Every dish I had got superb flavours. They’ve exceeded my expectations by far.
Don’t hesitate to order salads to share, they taste great. Get the soba and zucchini bolognese and thank me later:)

(Would be nice if you could stop using the ugly fake plants on the ceiling though)

One of the best places in Samui for having a healthy and delicious meal and at the same time, enjoying unbeatable view. Highly recommend. Yoga classes are amazing too.

Magical place Magical people! The food is so fresh, tasty, made with care and love. Breakfast lunch and diner there and you are more energized than ever! LIFE indeed! The colours in the plates, the presentation: makes it a 5 senses experience. The staff is so kind, adaptable. They make you feel at home. Nutricious meals and beautiful vibes, what more do you want? ! Run there to discover this gem.

Spectacular view, delicious food and amazing yoga class. This gem got it all. If you are into healthy balanced vegetarian food, yoga classes and good vibes. Do drop a visit. I felt like I can sit there for eternity
