The Sea Koh Samui Boutique Resort and Residences

Great beach front villa had a a lovely burger for lunch and a pina colada.remote location but very chilled and modern.

We rate the Restaurant not the Resort itself (which seems to be very very nice, professional and clean!).

Unfortunately the Service and the dinner didn't satisfy us at all. Because of the really nice place we were very disapointed. However they serve a good coffee in the Morning.

Schlechter unfreundlicher Service, Qualität der Speisen nicht besser als gewöhnliches Streetfood und Abzocke beim Mittagsangebot im Bezug auf die enthaltenen Softdrinks! Ausblick ist jedoch klasse.

(Karte enthält eine Auswahl an Softdrinks, jedoch sind nur Cola/Fanta/Sprite enthalten. Es wird jedoch nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht und hinterher abkassiert)

This was a beautiful property and located right on the beach besides having three swimming pools and a nice restaurant. Even though I'm not a person that likes to stay on a property preferring to explore the island on a motorbike, it was nice to know that I had the conveniences at my resort. I would definitely recommend this resort and I would stay there again

We were welcomed with rudeness that our booking was not correct in relation to children staying at the hotel. After much discussion and assertiveness, the hotel staff negotiated our daughters stay. Photos of the resort are misrepresented of the true condition and ambience. The mini fridge was a highlight, with a large freezer and fridge space. We were unaware of the many steps including those down to our room that needed to be negotiated and feel this should be included in the booking description. The hotel is on a busy road, far away from any action. The breakfast was not up to standard for this class of resort. The hot foods were cold, limited selection of food offerings, and service was slow. The maintenance of our rooms outdoor area is needed, as the uneven decking outside the pool was a safety hazard with loose boards and nails. We were required to request our room to be cleaned, rather than automatically being given the service. On a high note, the restaurant meters down the road is excellent, serving delicious and homemade Thai food.

This place is a bit more expensive then some of the other offerings at this beach but well worth the extra bhat! The food and it's presentation are phenomenal, I cannot say enough about the chef's here. The worst experience I had here so far was them forgetting my pesto bread.honestly really not a hassle at all and they rectified as soon as it was brought to their attention. They let us swim in their nice pool and they have 2 for 1 cocktails specials after 4. Highly reccomended taking your sweetheart here for lunch or dinner.
