The Sea Koh Samui Boutique Resort and Residences

We stayed there for 4 nights and would book again.
If you like it quiet, you are in good hands here, as it is the quieter north.

We stayed in an absolutely beautiful suite. The view was stunning and we could see Koh Phangan the neighboring island.
The suite was spacious and bright, very well equipped.
You can spend hours on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. Very quiet.
The staff is attentive and smiling. Always caring for us.
Small downside for the BBQ evening which was not worth the price.
A big thank you to all the teams for allowing us to have an unforgettable time.

It's a very pretty and quaint resort but you'll need to get a taxi to go anywhere. One of our frustrations was the poor availability of food at the hotel. We tried several times to order and were disappointed when most of the popular Thai dishes were unavailable. I have been to Thailand a dozen times now but this has never been an issue anywhere before.

Amazing spot on the island, very nice people a super good service. A place to relax, to slow down and to really chill.

As for the dirty rooms, the mattress smells indescribable, and it also contains sand. I expect they don't recognize something called soap. Other than that, the elevator is broken, and the breakfast buffet is very poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrace with a view to the sea and the villa park.
It is located in steps, so a nice overview.
Very soothing.
You are on the quiet side of the island.
You also notice the prices of the restaurants and massages.
Everything available.
The hotel is very easy to get to.
Need transportation for everything.

The rooms are very bad contdition my friend stayed there and hated it the pool had broken sharp tiles in it that exposed the under layer we tripped over a nail in the room and got a cut the food is so bad nothing is fresh and its deiscusting

The villas are great designed, pretty clean and the interior are of good quality BUT there is almost no equipment. In the 3 kitchens (combined) there is one pen, one pot, 2 plates and very few tools for cooking. The grill was not there at all. The private pool has a good size and is clean as well but the whirlpool function is not working (neither in the "whirlpool" bathtubs). The TV's are really old with no smart TV function.

A room service is available every day around 1 - 2 pm.

The restaurant is a catastrophe! The chef is really nice and cooks good food but the ambiance and service are horrible. They forgot food or deliver it 20-30 min apart from each other. For this price point this is unacceptable!

With the pricing: The resort and the food is really overpriced! For example, a Thai massage starts at a few thousand bat per hour (you get it everywhere else for about 300bat)

I see the effort behind this resort, but for this heavy pricepoint there are to many (small) mistakes that are made.

Located on a beach one can describe only as paradise, far away from the hussle yet close enough to Nathon and Fisherman village. Nature all over, peace and quiet. Heavenly place

This place is idilic. Perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms are excellent and the staff so helpful and friendly. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant has a great selection of food. Oh and the breakfast is the best we have had on the island. Very fresh and a great selection. There is a happy hour from 2-4 each day which serves any cocktail for the equivalent of £3. If you want a chilled out, quiet place to stay on koh samui this is your place. Heaven. Would recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. Max 3* hotel quality
Everything dirty, very old, needs a total reconstruction. The small pool looks like dark hole, you can not see the floor. It is unbelievable how somebody can sale this hotel as a 5 star. Real bad joke. Breakfast is full of durable bred and pastries from plastic, nothing fresh and crispy. The fruits, tea and eggs are OK. There is any real restaurant in the hotel, except to open breakfast area on the pool. If rains, they pull down the blinds. Lunch was really very tasty, the prices are the only one matching 5* hotel. The apartment was spacious, equipped with frige, washing mashine, dryer, but it smell inside. The beach is nice. Totally not for families with baby buggy or people with wheelchair, because of many stairs between reception and rest of hotel area, without any ramp. We payed 6 nights, we run off after 2 nights to other hotel, of course without any money refund. But it is better to loose a money, than a holiday. Thanks and never again.

Stayed for 6 days, 4 people. Amazing villa. Private pool with cleaning every day if you want. Livingroom with TV and kitchen. Rooms are nice, with room service. And the staff are so nice and cute, making the bed for us and later knocked on our door asking how we were, and that they were finished. We had a problem with one of the doors into the bathroom downstairs, so the whole working crew came to fix the lock. But they managed it without interrupting us, or make any scene. Very good. Breakfast is incredible, with a lot of options from fruits, bakerys and soups. Restaurant has a good variety of food and drinks, an with a unique ice cream option.

This place is beyond amazing! We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa with the beach view and also had the private pool. Staff were amazing and helpful. Facilities like the gym, restaurant, pool and spa were so lovely. This resort is in a more quiet side of Koh samui but not far from the night life.

A great place for those who wants to sleep far from the noisy Chawang. 10 minutes from the Fishermen’s village and 30 from the Chawang. The staff is extremely friendly and we had some good time in here
