Proper equipped gym, western standard, maybe the sole gym with aircondition on this Island.
Daily fee of 300 baht is more on upper level, other gyms charge around 200 baht.

This was my second time to KS and I research gyms before arriving this was the first one I visited and the last trained every day for 2 weeks amazing hammer strength equipment very clean all brand new helpful staff free bottle of water. Amazing gym highly recommended very easy to get to big car park at back def train here.

New gym with heaps of treadmills, weight machines, and other things. 100 baht for a towel, which is refunded upon return, so free basically. 2000 baht for a month. Around 12,000 for a year. Free lockers available also. Full range of dumbbells now also.

Very good Gym, the owner know exactly what a good gym needs.
Powerlifiting and Weightlifting Area.
Strongman Area is coming as well.
So many Leg Maschines, alot Pullup Bars - its just great.
And a very big fan on the roof - perfect.

Best gym on the island, great equipment, showers are clean, sauna is good. Towels are provided free, there are also classes such as zumba and TRX everyday. Most important, they have aircon!
