Ferry to and from Koh Samui. If you want to book a car crossing more than 7 days and up to 30 days in advance, you can only do it at Bangrak pier.

Was travelling to koh tao. The company decided to fit everyone into the last scheduled ferry of the day. Ferry ride was 5 delayed by 5 hours and was overbooked.

การบริการห่วยแตก จองตั๋วเรือมาก่อน จ่ายเงินเรียบร้อย พอมาถึงวันกลับ โบกให้เราไปต่อคิวที่เขาต่อซื้อตั๋ว พอถึงรอบของเรา 11.00 ก็ยังไม่ได้ขึ้นเรือ เห็นเรือออกไปแล้ว เลยถามยาม ว่าทำไมยังไม่ได้ขึ้นเรือ พอดีจองคิวมาแล้ว ยามบอกให้ไปติดต่อ ออฟฟิศ พอไปติดต่อ ผลที่ได้คือ แก้ไขอะไรไม่ได้ เราต้องไปต่อคิวรอซื้อตั๋วใหม่ เรานี่อึ้งเลย จองก็จองมาแล้ว คุณทำเราตกเรือ ทำไมไม่เปลี่ยนรอบให้เรา กลับให้เราไปซื้อตั๋วใหม่ เงินที่จองไปก็ไม่ได้คืน ซื้อตั๋วใหม่ ก็ต้องรอรอบตามคนที่ไม่ได้ซื้อตั๋วมา บริการห่วยแตก โมโหมาก เลยเปลี่ยนมาใช้บริการ ราชาเฟอรี่แทน

Bought ticket (bus+ferry+hotel transfer) to koh samui from phantip travel agency for 400tbh. It took 1.5 hour rides.

พนักงานบริการไม่ดีเลยวันนี้เข้าไปชื้อตั๋วพนักงานบอกเต็มแล้วแต่มีรถคันอื่นเข้าตามหลังมายังชื้อตั๋วได้คือมันงวมาก

Absolutely awful staff and service. Rude, lazy, unprofessional and dishonest. Never trust this company to be honest or reliable.

Regular ferry crossing, no issues. However returning from samui to donsak after purchasing a boat and trailer, seems like they use it to rip off customers, boat and trailer combined only 2 meters longer than the vehicle but fare quadrupled, staff on my trip were not helpful.

If you don't know about the Seatran Ferry app and book a day or 2 in advanced then get ready to wait in line 5-6 hrs to board the ferry. We arrived at 11 and didn't get onto the ferry at 5pm so we gave up and stayed another night and went to RajaFerry instead.

การบริหารจัดการแย่มาก ผู้โดยสารที่จอดมาแล้วล่วงหน้าเป็นเดือนๆกลับไม่ได้ขึ้นเรือ แต่ผู้โดยสารที่เพิ่งมาซื้อตั๋วในวันและเวลาที่ไป ณ วันและเวลานั้นๆ กลับได้ขึ้นเรือ ส่วนคนที่จ่ายเงินแล้ว รถเข้าอยุ่ในเรือแล้ว คนที่มากับรถ ดันต้องตกค้างรอเรื่ออีกเที่ยวนึงมา คุณควรบริหารให้ดีกว่านี้ การแก้ปัญหาของเจ้าหน้าต้องได้รับการอบรมใหม่ ไม่มีการคิดวิเคราะห์การแกไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเลย มาครั้งนี้ต้องเสียเงินจองทุกอย่างใหม่หมด เดือนร้อน บริษัทไม่ได้มาช่วยรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น ควรอ่านและพิจารณานำไปแก้ไขด้วยนะค่ะ

Terrible. Ferry delayed and then it took 3 times as long as they said. Missed our flight as a result. No sense of urgency and no apologies.

This is possibly the worst transportation company in the northern hemisphere!
Going from Koh Tao to Surat Thanee airport.
There was some come kind of engine malfunction causing the boat to travel half the speed and then stopping in the middle of the ocean 3 times while they fixed the issue, due to vigorous waves and currents the stationary boat was like a fly in a sandstorm being thrown around side to side causing my ones self to vomit my tomato and onion omelet. The staff did not tell us what the issue was until we arrive and Ko Samui to be transferred to a different boat. If you ever decided to travel to theses areas I would recommend a private helicopter.

Good option to cross to Koh Samui. 2 hours waiting in the sun to get back to mainland our turn to go on the boat. Needs to organise the signs in english to show you were to wait and what to do. People in Thailand hardly speak in English.
