No proper signage to indicate where you have to check in at Koh Samui, easy at Donsak but here is not.

Ticket office is few hundred meters away from pier.

Even Thai people did not understand where they need to go or how is the boarding process organized…this is basics!

Great experience. Safe and easy. If you have a car or motorbike, no problem. You just stay in your car, pay and drive on to the ferry. It works!

What a great company policy! You can only change the time and not get a refund or any other changes? ! He talked to a total of four employees, including airport and port staff and call center staff. The words were different from each other. I originally booked a ferry from Suratani Port to Koh Samui, with the addition of one passenger and a vehicle, including the driver (Donsak-Nathon). Children's tickets would be paid at the port ticket office. However, this morning, the rental car company suddenly canceled the reservation, so it was inevitable to change the schedule. We had to cancel the car transportation and change it to a bus and ferry package service. I thought that I would only have to pay the difference by comparing the total fares of the two sections. But that common sense didn't work. The airport worker said to buy a bus ticket, move to the port and cancel the ferry. However, the port staff said that it cannot be canceled and refundable. "It's your fault and there's nothing we can do for you. " "Ask Line SNS to contact them. " HOW NICE!

Ferry to and from Koh Samui. If you want to book a car crossing more than 7 days and up to 30 days in advance, you can do it at nathon office.

บริการแย่มากๆๆจองตั๋วสี่โมงได้ลงทุ่มนึงแทนที่คนขายตั๋วจะบอกเสือกไม่บอกแต่เก็บเงินแล้วถึงบอกหลายเที่ยวแล้ววันนั้นจองตั๋วเจ็ดโมงผมมามตั้งแต่หกโมงยามไม่ให้เข้าพอเข้าไปบอกเรืออกไปแล้วสัสมันใช่เรื่องมั้ยเงินก้อไม่คืนเห็งซวยมาก

Book another service, if you can. We had a ticket to Koh pha Ngan from Koh Lanta. They promised a large bus for most of the journey however it was a commuter van for close to 6 hours. Also the driver kept stopping to run errands on the way. They cancelled their service from Koh Samui to Koh pha ngan and chartered another company to take us to Koh pha ngan. Information was very poorly communicated. Frustrating experience all round. Over an hour waiting for a boat, without any updates. Would give them zero if I could.

My 8am boat from koh phangan to koh Samui was delayed for 45 minutes!
The boarding was quick and convenient. Boat is decent. Staff speak English a little which is good here!

Avoid of you can.
Very slow service means you'll miss the ferry and miss connecting flights.
Neighbouring ferry services are much more efficient and timely.

6.6.2019 Good experience and option to Koh Samui within two hours. The service is pretty good ad I only waited twenty minutes to board the ferry. The price is also very reasonable comparing Langkawi Island in Malaysia. Basically, I'm very happy with their facilities.

Clean, fast, efficient. Ships in very good shape. Motorbikes can go anytime, if you go by car make a reservation!

ท่าเรือนี้เน้นขาประจำหรือสมาชิก ถ้าใครใช้บริการอาจจะยุ่งยากเรื่องขั้นตอนการใช้บริการ ก่อนเดินทางควรตรวจสอบให้ดีก่อนว่าต้องจองกี่โมงรับตั๋วกี่โมง ยิ่งไปช่วงเทศการหรือวันหยุดยาวอาจจะต้องเสียเวลานานในการจองตั๋ว

Had a bad experience at the food counter. I'm a vegetarian and picked up a pack of peanuts. The employee didn't give me a receipt at the time of purchase. Later after reading the pack contents carefully, I saw that it contained fish. I went to the counter to exchange it with something else as I didn't open the pack but she kept asking for the receipt. I told her that she didn't give it in the first place but she couldn't do anything. I left the peanuts there.

Cheep prices but remember that Thailand prices are not low any more are now about same as London and there is a lot more better and cheaper options in Asia nowadays

Is the best ferry to go in samui. I try allbut this is organized like European standard. Easy to book and easy to use.

This ferry can carry vehicle to koh samui island, and level upstair hv passenger seat, supprise is provide foot massage with charges, have a small convenience store, indoor with aircond.

ท่าเทียบใหม่การจัดการป่วยมาก ทำให้รถติดยาว น่าจะมาจากการออกแบบสถานที่และวางระบบที่ขาดความรอบครอบไม่มืออาชีพ ทั้งๆที่ทำธุรกิจมานาน คิดน้อยไปหน่อยน่ะครับ ส่วนตัวไม่อยากโทษเจ้าหน้าทีเพราะเค้าคงทำตามสั่งมาอีกที อยู่ที่สิสัยทัวศน์ผู้บริหารรีบแก้ไขในจุดนี้น่ะครับก่อนที่จะเป็นปัญหาใหญ่ระดับเกาะ ด้วยความหวังดี.

เรือใหญ่และใหม่บริการดีแต่เสียอย่างเดียวเอาหมาไปนั่งห้องแอร์ไม่ได้แต่ไม่เป็นไรที่นั่งข้างนอกเย็นสบาย
