SALA Samui Choengmon Beach Resort

Our stay ar Sala was all we hoped for and more. First on everyone's minds is the food. The food was terrific. We had room service and dined at the open restaurant, also. The quality of food was top notch whether it was Asian or Western cuisine. I loved chicken with cashew nuts and had this dish several times.
The location of the resort was ideal. A lovely beach to walk on if you wished, with the occassional vendor to purchase items from, which we did several times. 2 pools for your enjoyment on top of the beautiful pool in our own enclosure, for that private swim, whenever the whim takes you.
We had massages and the girls also had facials and pedecures. All were very satisfying and professional.
The staff are shy and friendly. Encouraging a conversation with them is a great way to learn about them, their families and their culture. Friendships are soon made and you will be on a first name basis in no time.
As you approach the pool bar they will call you name and have your selection of drinks ready without having to order. Now, that is service.
My opinion is that this a 5 star resort with a 5 star outcome. We were very happy with all facets of Sala.

Decent rooms and housekeeping service. Everything is good and breakfast has a lot choice. We lived in sala pool and garden po and loved both so much. All the Staff is very nice and friendly. A lot little sweets things that hotel did for us is so thoughtful such as flower bath/swan towel for our honeymoon. Weather reminder and tea before sleep very night. Only reason I didn’t give 5 is I got so many mosquito bites

We were made to feel right at home from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Absolutely amazing staff, wonderful room, excellent facilities and delicious food. The friendly, service oriented staff were the highlight of our stay, and we are sure to return to this hotel again and again!

This was one stop on our honeymoon travel around Southeast Asia. Compared to all the hotels we stayed at, Sala by far was the best! Other hotels laid out pretty flowers, but Sala gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. That pairs well with their street food lunch and club BLT! We ordered drinks at the bar one time, and the bartenders remembered it for the whole trip! Breakfast was delicious, love the fresh juice they make on request. We were having trouble finding a snorkeling tour group that could accommodate us next day, but the concierge desk reserved us the last two spots on a great tour! Would return again no doubt.

Super excited when I arrived in this villa. Everything looked better than I thought it would be. The room seems bigger than the pictures they had on the internet, and the environment was super awesome! Nice and clean. I love it! I would definitely recommend this place! And will come back again if I have a chance to visit koh samui again!

This place is just beautiful with staff to match. When you stay here you aren't just booking a hotel, you are booking an experience. From the moment we walk in were greeted by smiling staff. The rooms are magnificent and the two pools by the beach are unparalleled. They offer free paddle boarding and kayaks for you to take out, they leave fruit and nut in your room as well as fresh tea every night. They will also come every evening and light the citronella candles inside and out and spray your room for bugs and mozzies. These are the little things that they have thought of, literally everything and it is just the Cherry on top of an amazing cake! Spend the money here, you will not regret it.
