Great staff, great location and great rooms. It’s a good location to stay because you are near shops if you need anything, but it’s also quiet. The staff can arrange anything from taxi trucks to taxi boats and snorkeling/diving. Motorbike rental too!

Customers beware: the staff here SEEM friendly, but their agoda booking is blatantly false. Their Agoda information clearly states that all rooms have individual air conditioning. Upon arrival and check in-with little time left before my diving course began-I was told that my room did not have A/C. I attempted to address the inaccuracy on the app with the agent present, who then proceeded to take a sassy tone and argue with me that "it says it has a fan", which somehow apparently means no A/C (note: the A/C rooms ALSO have a fan). I had to pay 3x the price for a room with amenities that I had already come to expect.

I'd give this a 1 star review, but the cottages are nice and clean, and the facilities are pretty, so I believe it deserves more than 1 star. However, I am absolutely disappointed in my experience and I will NOT be staying here upon my return.

We loved the staff and the service provided. Clean resort and well priced. We will return!

GEDA at reception was all smiles and spoke great English. She was sooo friendly.

CAPTAIN JACK opens the breakfast shop at 7: 00 then closes the sunset dinner restaurant at night. He works very hard all day long and yet he keeps smiling. He spoke great English too.

LOTA works at the restaurant and was very friendly to our group of friends.

LIONEL is a dive instructor who patiently helped us learn to dive (1st dive ever for 1 in our crew).

The cheap bungalows were perfect. Clean, tidy, good wi fi and the service was friendly and efficient.

Wonderful and unforgettable, very appealing and cheap. Right on the beach! Nice big and clean rooms!

I love the pools. Even when they have scuba lessons I love to eavesdrop and watch the fab teachers at work whilst I have a quick dip. Gorgeous jungle hut style bungalows. We had the basic one and it was perfect for the price. Everyone is so nice and they collect you to and from the ferry and bring your bags to the room for free. The fixed a leak in our shower within five minutes and we even had a local friendly cat who lived on our balcony!

Great place to learn how to scuba dive. I came here for the Open Water course + a few days of hanging out on the beach, and absolutely loved it! Regarding the scuba course: Professional, friendly, and knowledgable staff, who make you feel comfortable and are happy to help with anything you need. Class sizes are small and I was lucky enough to be the only one in my class, so I effectively had private instruction with Aom, who was awesome!
Regarding the cottages: Basic accommodation, but everything you need. Clean, close to the beach but far away enough from the main "road", so you can still get some quiet rest. The restaurant is also really good and has a great view of the sunset:)

Without any doubt the best dive center I have ever been with. It was the best decision ever to go there for training! Great Professionnals and staff, always keen to help. Superbe learning environment, everything is well organised. Marcel and Maddy took great care of me and I'm super grateful for their support. Thanks for your unlimited patience, knowledge and efforts!

Great accommodation and facilities. Especially the bungalows. 2 pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cozy. There is a dive center, a cafe and a restaurant on site. The only downside is that if you get a bungalow closest to the beach path it can be noisy some nights from the occasional loud tourists passing by.

Only a 3-star because it’s highly depending on which cottage you’ll get. The one near the pump or at the road: you won’t sleep good (or at all) - the ones in the middle: great. In addition be prepared for *very* hard beds in the cottages.

The place itself is beautiful. Tranquil setting right in the center of Sairee Beach. The beds are extremely uncomfortable however and the cottages are pretty basic. A little shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom would go a long way, for example. Restaurant options on the resort are on the pricier side. The swim up bar in the main pool is great though! Awesome happy hour and really friendly staff there.

The location is unbeatable. We stayed in the beachfront bungalow and it was fantastic, although very noisy at night - bring earplugs! The beach is beautiful, we went on a snorkel day trip which I would recommend. Great beach front restaurant.

Get the eggs Benedict or anything with it. It's kinda hard not to because everything on the menu has it but I'm telling you to do it. Do it do it. Just do it. (Sorry, I got a little carried away there, im definitely not just trying to get this to 200 characters for the achievement thingie.) Just do IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Location is excellent, close to everything. Our pool side room is not very big but acceptable. The problem is there is no fan in the toilet so it is smelly. Staff are not helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and there is no paved road to the main load. They have a tricycle to help transport our luggage to the reception but when we leave they just inform us we need to go to the main load to wait for our car. I have to carry our luggage through a very rough muddy path myself in a wet hot day.

Wooo this is a great place for lunch. Among the best on sairee beach. Great smoothie and a menu for the little people. A place to sit just on the edge of the beach the waves are literally crashing up on your feet.

Had a great time learning to dive with James and Katie! We enjoyed our time so much during open water, we signed up for advanced. Sairee draws enthusiastic, interesting clients, so our experience was enhanced by our awesome group!

! Warning! BED BUGS epidemic
Staff won't take proper action. We left immediately. Don't take it lightly, these bugs are no joke and will travel home with you.

We done our open water diving course at sairee cottage diving which was great. We felt that we were in safe hands learning all the skills.

The pool session felt rather busy with 5 students plus 2 instructors but once on the open ocean this was not an problem at all.

Thanks to Bobby and Oscar and the rest of the team. It was GREAT
