Master Divers

With so many choices of dive centers on Koh Tao you can't go wrong with these guys. They will conduct a course for one person giving you one on one with your instructor and advancing at your own pace. Loved my extended week with these guys and plan to return again.

We booked Discover Scuba Diving. We got a very detail description about a program and what we need. The answers to our emails were very quick and with very useful information. Linzi, the girl we wrote with, was very friendly and helpful. In this school you will get native english, so it's easy to speak with people)

Our teacher Andy was professional and passionate about diving and underwater world. We felt very safe at our first in life dive and learned a lot about all the fish we saw.

Only small point for improvement would be to have a water dispenser on the boat. Everybody just dipped cups in for a drink which seemed a bit unhygienic. This is Thailand though)

We had a great time with Master Divers and Andy. We would come back!

Good eco-conscious dive school who actively go out and try to educate others on how they can help the oceans. Diving trips are organized and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very safety conscious. Would go back again for sure.

I completed my divemaster and rescue course at master divers along with some specialties included in my package and throughout they were professional and welcoming. So much so I decided to complete my IDC which continued their fantastic record of superb teaching! Could not recommend them enough!

Just completed my IDC at Master Divers with Gaz Lyden! It was an awesome experience!
Apart from the interesting, insightful and fun IDC with Gaz, the whole Master Divers team was simply awesome! I really enjoyed chatting with all the experiences Instructors and Divemasters, which was really beneficial for me during the course and for my teaching in the future. That being said, although they are incredibly experienced, they are always very approachable and friendly and don't get tired to answer even the most simple questions. That's something I highly appreciated since it is often a problem with really experienced people. ;)
The whole shop and all its activities are executed according to PADI standard and according to sometimes even stricter shop policies. However, you never feel that it's too much rules since most of them are either common sense or really logical once you think about it.:)
Moreover, Master Divers write Quality bigger than Quantity. They are never keen to make the quick money by lowering standards or quality of the experience for the students. They always go in small groups (well below the ratios they'd be allowed to take) and ensure superb guiding and teaching.
So if your looking for a great, high quality and fun place to do your certifications or fun diving, go to Master Divers! I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!:)
