Disorganized, ferry late, no info, management of the people horrible, waiting for a ferry to come to allow to disambark the rest, monopoly so unless conscious management it will not improve, a pity for Koh Tao business as a reliable transport will improve the experience.

Horrible experience and dissuades me from ever wanting to come back to these islands. There’s no clear signage when you arrive about where to go and how to check in (the place is crazy crowded too). I was going from Koh Tao to Surat Thani and then the airport. The woman at the check in counter gave me no information and when I asked her how/where to catch the bus to the airport she started rolling her eyes at me. She gave me some white piece of cloth (didn’t tell me what to do with it) — and then told me I have to change boats at Koh Phangan (which I had no idea when I booked). I was asking her what time/where I catch the second boat and she started shouting at me and hearding me along to help the best people! I’m not sure if I’m going to make it to airport in Surat Thani on time and catch my flight. I’ve never been treated so rudely before and had someone shout at me for simply asking questions to make sure I arrive at my destination! If this is supposed to be the best ferry company I shudder to think what the others are like. This is everything that’s wrong with the hospitality industry in Thailand.

Trust this company to treat you like a farmyard animal every step of the way, every single time. If you've got another choice, take it! Unfortunately, sometimes you don't. They will get you to your destination but probably not on time and it definitely won't be a pleasant experience. Put on your headphones, close your eyes, take a deep breath and try to find a state of zen. Prepare to be hearded like sheep, ignored, shouted at and looked down upon. This company truly encapsulates everything that's wrong with the tourism industry in Thailand.

Really terrible experience, hearded us like cattle and left us waiting in the sun with no room to move for an hour, boat left 45 minutes late, and now they are telling us there is an unexpected 1 hour transfer between boats at different piers at Koh Pagnang when we were originally told this Ferry goes from Koh Tao to Koh Samui. Also boat is oversold and crowded, some people are sitting in the aisles/circulation space. I'm lucky to have a seat.
Nice boat but not worth the terrible waiting conditions and poor scheduling, and misinformation. We've taken a different company on the way here so we have some local ferry experience (there are a least two other ferry companies). They were not anything special, but way better than this.

Billigste und beste Art um in Thailand von A nach B zu reisen. Die Busse sind zwar nicht mehr die Neusten aber für den Preis völlig ausreichend.

Lomprhraya is quite a joke company. With the best weather conditions we still arrived more than a hour late to our destination which in fact made us lose our van to Krabi. They made no effort whatsoever to go faster during the bus part.

Do not use this company or if you use it, make sure you have more than 2 hours to connect to your next transport.

Booked a ticket to Bangkok with these guys, the staff on the counter were friendly and helpful. The boat journey was horrendous as it was the day before the storm so the sea was extremely choppy! I was sick several time as were many others but there isn't much the company can do about the weather. The bus on the other side was ready to go and fairly modern with plenty of space. Arrived in Bangkok 45 minutes late but overall a good journey apart from the weather!

Insanely disorganized with extremely poor communication from the boarding staff. Check in is also a nightmare. It took over an hour to get my sticker/paper ticket. There were two lines for different destinations, but staff did not communicate this to the customers for at least 10 minutes after I arrived.

Absolute chaos, would avoid if possible.

We had a nightmare trip. The ship was going really fast and the sea was Rocky, so it was moving really badly. Instead of going slower, it kept going really fast. Half of the people got sick and started to cry, scream and throw up. A really bad experience in the trip from Ko phangan to Ko tao. Awful trip!

Catamaran service to Pa-ngan island, Samui island, Surattani, Chumporn and connecting coach to Hua Hin, Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket. We can book via online and agency. Staff is very friendly. Recommended.

Tickets are available on site and very accommodating if adding another leg to the trip.

At first I chose to go to Chumphon, then I changed my ticket to Bangkok. No problems. Their facilities are nice onboard and pretty well organized.

Took the earliest boat to Surat Thani. Ticket office was quiet and in good order in early morning. Strings and stickers helps identify passengers. Amazing how it works.

Sehr gut.

Im just rating this particular Office not the company in general, unfriendly staff, while talking to them they spend more time looking/playing on their Phones and in case of questions, like pointing on a map and asking where we arrive, no answers.

Used them for the first time today and i cant complain. The process was pretty simple. We had one tiny issue once on the ferry something to do with tickets but it was sorted quickly. Id use them again.

Negative stars. Never leaves on time and packed like sardines in a tin. Don't forget the "charming" staff.
