Lomprayah High speed Catamaran

I wouldn’t say this is a professional ferry company. Clear overbooking on the way back to mainland

Poor service.we booked well in advance reached before boarding time still was not provided with seats it was punishment to travel without seat and AC. Some people just occupied seats by keeping their bags on seat.we traveled from ko Samui island to surat thani. They have sold more tickets then seats they have. That's wrong.

Very fast and very reliable service.very much lesser travel time compared to the others.just a bit more pricey as well.good enough.

Very very very bad service. They will ask custoner to walk 200 m in sorching heat.no proper attendent. Communication. They will bring you from hotel in mini ac van then suddenly ask to to walk in scorching heat for 200m.very pathethic service.

The price from ko Samui to koh phangan per person is 300 baht (really expensive) also I have to paid for my dog as 200 baht (seriously!) I don't might but me and my dog have to be on terrible seat with no roof!

Our boat was broken just before start and staff organized everything on the highest level. Thanks a lot. We didn't miss flight

This is the worst company ever. MARK MY WORD- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND Money.the bus started off late, 8 hour bus journey from Bangkok to some island with no stop overs at all.it didn’t take us to where we were supposed to go.on the ferry, 90% people were throwing up, Ferry was going extremely fast, as they wanted to pick up as many customers as possible.the bus staff, ferry staff as well as the Staff at Bangkok terminal were extremely rude. THEY WILL PRETEND THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.even though they could comprehend everything! One girl on the ferry fell unconscious, only the customers were Attending to her, the staff was nowhere to be found. PLEASE DONT GO ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS WITH YOU. It was a complete disaster. I don’t know how they are getting away with this.should be shut down ASAP.

Awful, awful. Had to exchange original ferry ticket for a boarding pass.m at this ticket office away from ferry dock, a hard task if you have heavy luggages. I was at the boarding queue at moment of boarding when I was told I had to exchange the tickets. Staff not well versed in English.

Definitely not recommended! I bought a ticket for my dad who does't speak English. The ticket was supposed to be directly at the airport, I specifically asked 3 times. They drove him off the highway and told him to handle himself. When I called them, they lied that they did't know what was going on because they would't let people into the airport. He had to take a taxi and pay extra for it

Fast efficient service. Lomprayah name is synonymous with fast catamaran ferry service in this part of the world. There are other, less expensive options with regular schedules, but when time is of the essence, its this or the airport.

Relativ moderne Fähren. Warteraum ist überdacht. Innerhalb der Fähre gab es A/C.

War auch alles pünktlich.

Ferries are modern. Always on time. But be careful with large baggage. They rip you off on baggage. Except this, good service. Fast and reliable

Best catamaran service in koh samui.

The service offered and the price offered were very good. We need a transfer from bophut to khao sok, the entire journey was arranged for us by lomprayah for 800 baht which included transfer from bophut to lomprayah ferry- bus transfer from donsak pier to surat thani bus station - khao sok.

The journey of taken by a pvt taxi would have costed 5000 baht was completed within 1600 baht for two people.
