Service is smooth and staff perfect and helpfull. Only one thing could be improved and it is a aircondition inside the ferry which is set to too low temperature and blow freezing air. So take a warm clothes if you want to sit inside or staff could take more attantion to this it will help people not to fight with cold after arrival to destination.

I booked 4 ferries with these guys between Koh Samui, Tao & Pha-Ngan including some collections and drop-offs. It all went perfectly. My only criticism is that you have to print your ticket rather than just being able to use your phone screen to show them your booking.

Really smooth service with all the steps easy to understand (when you need to change the bus, which ferry to take etc.). Well organised. The bus was very comfortable (two floor bus with air conditioning turned on just right temperature, leather comfortable seats with the support shelve for your legs). Highly recommended to travel with them. Especially in contrast with the CTTS and Easybooking company. My trip is tomorrow and they still did not told me the exact meeting point!

Beware ferry companies swap passengers between themselves and seem to cancel sailings if they can get two sets of passengers into one - probably more so in low season. Subsequently the planned five hours between leaving Koh Tao and KS airport turned out to be nerve-rackingly insufficient. However on a positive side the Seatrans staff were helpful and very prompt in responding to communications and Lomprayah less so. We just made our flight.

We zijn van Koh samui naar Phuket met een combinatie van ferry en bus gedaan het duurde in totaal 7 uur, maar het is voor 17 euro per persoon een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Alles was goed boottrip, overstap naar bus en het afzetten op station op Phuket.

Have used them several times now to go from Samui Airport to Koh Tao and back. Always easy to use and friendly service. The prices are good for that trip as well.
