Chantaramas Resort & Spa

Nice resort but very rude and non-cooperativr staff. I was staying for my honeymoon and the staff paid no attention to our special request. We were not allowed to check out even 30mins late and were being threatened by the the manager. I would not recommend.

Very clean rooms, book the deluxe which has a tub, it's the best experience after late nights and very romantic. Only issue I wished they had is their restaurant to serve after 12am because hard to get close by restaurants and their food is great.

Very good breakfast! We didn't stay at Chantaramas but we went there several times to eat their breakfast. Very reasonable pricing too.

Very nice and well kept resort with lovely sitting areas in the restaurant and around the huge infinity pool. Unfortunately the private pool of our pool villa wasn't very clean and the lightning didn't work. This is complaining on high levels but because of that, the pool wasn't that perfect to enjoy during the evening time.

The staff not very nice, the rooms are dark without any option to improve.
The price is too high for the value you get.

Great place to relax with an amazing view. Room was clean and comfortable and there were lots of places to relax on the resort.

The place is nice and the rooms are big, the hotel not in the center we like it.
The brakfast was o.k, the resteront at the hotel exspensiv and not so good.
The sevice was so so.
But we had agood time.

Amazing experience. We arrived 2 days late and in place of refunding those days (I booked non-refundable) they upgraded our room. Beautiful room, great gardens, stunning water front kitchen area and super friendly staff. We hired a scooter, parked it out the front and could be in the main area of Koh Phangan in 10 minutes, Haad Rin in about 15 minutes and up North in about 30 minutes. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Very expensive, bad beach, bad food, bad English, but still you can swim naked in your private pool

One of the best hotels that i have ever been, big, clean and nice jacuzi rooms with friendly staff and the restaurant have very nice view.

Super Hotel direkt am Strand in sehr ruhiger Lage inmitten von Palmen und Grün. Personal Super freundlich und bei allem sofort Hilfsbereit. WLAN im ganzen Hotel. Am Pool und am Strand Bereich stehen Liegen. Am Moon Deck neben der Bar sind 12 Doppelliegen mit Kissen, sehr gemütlich und super zum Relaxen. Abends dort liegen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Hinterm Pool im grünen sind Zweimann Hängeliegen die an Palmen befestigt sind. Ganzes Hotel sehr idyllisch und gemütlich. Handtücher und Kissen kann man sich nehmen soviel man will. Essen und Getränke preislich ok. Essen super lecker und sehr große Auswahl. Frühstück ist eher weniger aber trotzdem lecker und sehr gut. Wenn man Abends weg will ist man aber auf Roller oder Auto angewiesen. Hotel hat einen Shuttlebus der stündlich fährt für 150Baht pro Person.zurück kommt man in der Regel für 100 pro Person. Im Meer kann man 100e Meter hineinlaufen vor allem Abends wenn es etwas zurück geht. Zimmer absolut Top. Wir haben uns auch die Zimmer mit eigenem Pool angeschaut. Sie sind sehr schön aber sind mit Palmen verdeckt und daher wenig bis keine Sonne, einen Jacuzzi haben diese ebenfalls nicht. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen Deluxe Zimmer mit Jacuzzi zu nehmen. Dieser ist nämlich draußen auf der Terasse in der zweiten Etage und nicht einzusehen. Absolut geil dort Abends rein zu gehen den Ausblick zu genießen und zu chillen.

1. The worst thing is a big pipe on the beach, which provides the waste directly to the sea, where the guests of this hotel swim. There is a terrible smell from the pipe.
2. Also the hotel needs a repairment: it is so unpleasant to see cracks and fallen pieces of paint around. This type of work costs not so much, it is easy to fix, but the owners doesn't care.
3. We tried to park our bike at the car parking, but the stuff person told that it's parking place for the owners, guests should park outside the hotel.

So, disappointing, no respect to guests.

Fantastic accomodation, staff are lovely to deal with pool area is lovely & relaxing. Clean rooms & well maintained.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Personal ist immer freundlich an der Rezeption hilft man dir stets weiter. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt
