The view. Beautiful, right by the sea.everything around is green. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
The pool is super nice and clean with a view of the sea.
The rooms are large and well divided. The staff is friendly, especially the men and women who are responsible for the rooms and outdoor facilities.
Unfortunately, there isn't anything that good either. We had water damage that came from above. Water was coming from the ceiling everywhere. The friendly woman from the cleaning crew was there immediately and helped us get everything outside quickly. The young man at the reception said that everything was OK upstairs and that we could stay in the room. What a bad idea. Looking back, the room was left empty for days to dry. The rooms smell very stuffy and even with incense sticks we couldn't get the bad smell out.the shower urgently needs to be cleaned.

Total relaxation. Smiling and helpful staff; the structure is really well done. We tried the sauna and Turkish bath, played volleyball and badminton and used the gym in the morning, which was really comfortable. The restaurant was very good and of high quality, with a superb breakfast! Unfortunately we had problems with the bathroom in the room and with the hot water not arriving and so we could not use the bathtub, while no problem with the shower. Excellent experience, a very well located resort with a chill and soothing atmosphere. A young team dedicated to customers as well as excellent value for money complete this impression.

Stunning resort with very friendly staff. The pool is directly located at the beach. Rooms are incredible, very spacious and clean. All rooms are arranged like some kind of village surrounded by lots of trees, feels very jungle-like. Every night, there was a little snack waiting for us in our room. Also, breakfast was incredible: you could pick any kind of egg, all sorts of bread, cheese, fruits, jam, juices. Highlight: the family of beagles living in the hotel

Really nice hotel located on a quite part of the beach with a beautiful pool area.

Would advise if staying to hire some scooters as not much around the hotel do to and if eating in the hotel it’s limited and pricey. We arranged it through the hotel costing 250 BHT each per day.

The hotel charges for transfers to and from the pier which was the only let down (150 BHT per person each way).

It's a beautiful start option in Kophang but if you plan to roam around the island you will need to hire a bike or car

Very clean nice quiet and comfortable, the bedroom was very spacious, extremly comfy bed, the views spectacular, all the accomodations thruout the resort were stylish and very well thought of. Staff was great, Sao & Ju were both so kind and accommodating. I loved it there, I would definently go back ️

A very.nice place and not too expensive. Staff are friendly. Location is not too bad, with a quiet beach front. Short 15 minutes motor bike ride to the market but they also have taxi come past the hotel every 10 minutes if you dont have transport. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights, came for the Full Moon party and then worked remotely from Tuesday to Friday, requiring a very strong connection for continuous Teams, Meets, etc. Not a single time all week did I have an issue with the wifi even with camera on. Plus the bed was very comfortable, the staff always wanting to help or say hi with a smile, and the restaurant in the resort is great (prices too). The value for $$$ at this resort was extraordinary. I would absolutely go back if I return to Koh Pha-ngan.

There is actually nothing to like in the hotel. Hotel is totally overpriced in compare to what you get. All what they have is a single pool in front the sea. No beach to swim, poor management, outdated rooms and dirty territory - they even don’t clean garbage/seaweed from a beach line. Explore nearest places to get reasonable prices for food and other services.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff but the manager is awful, first of all she told us to get a motorcycle from the company she knows, we ended up paying 5000 bat for the scratches on it! The internet in the rooms were not working and her response is: go sit at the restaurant if you need internet! At the end they charged us twice for the %7 federal tax! Once at the restaurant and twice at the check out. I’m trying to explain to her that what she is doing is against the law, she is saying non sense non English bla bla.if they change the management this hotel is a gem.

Beautiful place. Most comfortable beds ever. Great buffet breakfast. Amazing pool and gardens. Highly recommend.

The room was really nice, with a super comfortable bed, lots of space and a lovely bath. Having said that, the lady at the reception wasn't very friendly at all, the sheets all had stains (they were replaced though) and the food at the restaurant was avg. And overpriced. So all and all, it was a 3.5stars rating for our experience

Very bad experience at this hotel.a few guests got very bad food poisoning from the red curry. The stay was all puking and diarrea at night. The staff had no understanding or compasion. After we told we both got sick they just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. We asked for a taxi and got dropped of 15 mins walking from where we supposed to be.very rude to do to sick people.

I stay in pool villa.quite nice but property is older than in the pictures. Reasonable price for low season.

Would recommend to all Honeymoon couples as hotel is quite romantic with wide beach range. Room is big with nice decor
