Banyan Tree Samui

Wir waren leiden nur 3 Tage im Banyan Tree Samui aber es ist eines der schönsten Hotelanlagen die ich bisher gesehen habe! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann jeden das Banyantree weiterempfehlen egal welches Zimmer.
1A Service. Nur es ist ein bisschen weit weg von allem falls jemand raus möchte. Braucht man aber eigentlich nicht man hat alles im resort.

The accommodation and facilities of Banyan tree is great. The service of my villa host (Richard) is even beyond my expectation in every aspect. He arranged a little surprise to cerebrate my birthday. But there was a flaw during my stay that has to be mention about. We stay at Banyan Tree for consecutive 2 days. I got a call from cleaning stuff In the morning (about 10: 30 am), she ask me if they can clean our room, i told her that they can clean it when we go out off the hotel after 2 pm, then we went to the swimming pool and the private beach in Banyan Tree. When we came back to our room, the stuff was CLEANING our room which make me very angry and put us a an embarrassing situation because we need a shower immediately. So i told them to stop the cleaning immediately. I don't know why this happened (maybe the one who phone me can't fully understand my words) and hope that won't happen again if i have chance to stay in Banyan Tree in the future.

Fantastic hotel and staff and management, awesome private beach the breakfast buffet is unbelievable, their thai restaurant is also one of the best.my friend lost a very expensive diamond earring in her room the day we left, they found it and sent it right away to our house 5 stars well deserved!

Great hotel with indoor private pools and jacuzzi, ocean view.beautifully decorated and great service.

I am not staying at this lovely looking resort but went for a special meal with my family and was so so disappointed. I went to review and was pleased with the attentive staff. On arrival the disaster started. Left at security for a buggy transfer - 20 mins in the heat. No table booking on arrival and no water provided or menu selection after another 15 mins. This is a recognised 5 Star Asian hotel and in Bangkok yes. In Koi Samui no way.

This was my first out of 5 stops on my honeymoon. Banyan tree samui is nothing less than a outstanding prestigious five star resort i have ever stayed in. The amount of respect and excellent service you get is outstanding. Everyone bow down with their hands folded in respect to you, i have never experienced this anywhere except koh samui.

I stayed at villa G05. The view, the pool, the jacuzzi, room service, and everything else was all unbelivably exceptional. I still compliment the pool with view to my wife everyday. How can everything be so perfect?

My personal guest service executive was Mr Moss. I can assure he will be a manager or higher up within the next few years. I give him 6 stars instead of 5. The stay would not have been as smooth and great if he wasnt our executive. Thank You Mr Moss.

Only thing i got irritated about was when we saw roaches twice in 2 days in our bedroom. My wife is VERY SCARED of roaches and it was hell on me. Other then that there was nothing at all i could be bitter about my stay! It was great and will def recommend people!

Clean, well-furnished, even better service. However, the resort's location is rather far away from the city and any other sightseeing or entertainments. And the shuttle bus only goes out two or three times a day. Must get a rental motorcycle or car to actually enjoy Koh Samui.

We just arrived from Chicago our booking was for a villa 1664sqf.we get smaller one and no one even try to help they are fully booked and they don't care manager finlay called in and will charge me extra.doesn't know how to treat the customers when there is an issue So will see if the will help at all tomorrow.

For sure, you will like it. It is expensive ($400 per night), but it's definitely worth to give a try once in a life.

Such a great location and set up on the beautiful island of Koh Samui! We couldn't have had a better experience than the week we spent here on our honeymoon. From the every day activities to the restaurants and food scene. I'd recommend staying here for at least 5 days to get the full experience!

A breathtaking view Large rooms, fully equipped, experienced the highest level of maintenance Great service, fast and sensitive. It was the best hotel I ever had.

Stunningly Beautiful Villas, very caring and lovely staff. Be aware that additional services and in-hotel meals are very expensive! Be prepared to explore the local area or you could pay the price of your room again for drinks, meals and Spa etc. You will need a taxi to get to/from the hotel as it is fairly remote. These taxi's are much more expensive than the mainland so bring plenty of cash (minimum 300THB per trip). Don't let this put you off, this hotel is paradise.

Amazing experience, by far one of the best places on earth The service is just unbelievable. So many things to enjoy starting from small treats that we got every day and every day it was different. Very recommended place. It made me want to go see other Banyan tree hotels around the globe. Looking forward to it.

Cannot speak highly of this place. Was a slice of heaven on earth. The concierge was always there to make sure everything was alright. I really miss this place already.

We had two dinners at the Saffron restaurant. The first was so good we too friends for a second and it didn't let us done. The salmon wrapped in noodles was a favourite both times. The cocktails were also very good! The views are also very special.

One of the best fine dining thai food in samui, the view of the place also really nice, the choice of the food also good, specially the signatures menu

The best hotel in Samui. I stayed ocean pool villa and it was amazing. The beach was incredible and the breakfast was rich enough. Recommended.

Stayed a few nights and every night was made to feel special. Villa host was excellent and went above and beyond.
