Barracudas Tour

Booked the 4 Islands tour from an agent outside our hotel. We opted for the long tail boat instead of speed boat, the lady at the counter told me maximum 30 pax, we were quite hesitant as we didn't want it to be packed but we ended up taking the package. The lady told us the driver will be picking us up from the hotel at 9 to 9.30am the next morning. At 8am, we received a call from our receptionist saying that the driver was there already. OK fine, we didn't have enough time to prepare but still fine we went down. We driver then went to pick a few others and they were also complaining the same thing. We were then dropped off at the Baraccudas meet up booth where we registered our names and get wristbands. The guided told us we will be transferred to the pier shortly, we waited almost 2 hours under the hot sun for the van to come and pick us. There was no shade, no one inform us how long we had to wait. When we were on the boat, there were about 40 pax and majority are Indians from India. When the boat was about to depart, the guide cramped in another 30 Indians onto the boat. We had to wait for all of them to get on the boat and it was a waste of time. I have no issues with them and definitely not racist but these group of Indians have weird attitude and we were all very uncomfy. There was not enough seat and they are pushing here and there, super uncomfy. Average time to spend at each stop is 45 minutes but to wait for the others to take their own sweet time getting off and on the boat, the time has been cut short to 20 to 30minutes. Overall, bad and unpleasant experience.

I can't recommend trip to 4 islands. Althought we had enough time on the beaches, we were not allowed to do anything. We couldn't even swim at most of the beaches. Staff on the boat wasn't really nice and they didn't let us stand and take photos, while we were riding.

I got a good experience with this tour. There is just a few of people in the speedboat and not crowded. The tour leader is also great. He give us the clear direction and information, he explain the places in a good English. The food is good. Overall tour is OK, they pick us up on time with a van and when we finished our tour, there's a car waiting for us nearby the meeting point. They also serves a snack, a bunch of cold mineral water, and fruits. Our tour become more enjoyable. Thanks
