Barracudas Tour

We used the island tour from Barracudas Tour and it was a wonderful experience covering four islands at Krabi. The experienced team members - Toon, Yoyo, Don, Nui, Aied, Korid, Faluk were very helpful, courteous and hospitable.

Deydy, Toon, Yo, Don, Nui, Aied, Kolik and Faruk are very good and they having good patience to guide us.

Tiew is very nice and beautiful. She helped us on every island with different food and pictures to make our trip memorable.

We took the tour to Phi Phi and it was horrible, we were on the boat like sardines in a can, I understand that the objective of your activity is to make money, but this seems too humiliating to me, we couldn't sit down since we literally didn't change, we were stuck together, awful. The stop to snorkel was quite short and the stop to eat was the worst without a doubt, where they took us to eat there was little cleanliness and the food was poor and not very varied. A disappointment, we took it with a Spanish contact that an acquaintance gave me to avoid scams and they still scammed us. I do not recommend it

We went to Hong Island tour with Barracuda tours on 7th of September 2023 from Ao Nang. We booked the long tail boat since we wanted to get that experience for us instead of traveling by the speed boat. We were given the excuse that the weather might get bad and pushed into a speedboat. However when we were on the tour that day we could see that there were plenty of long tail boats that were from other companies touring the same places as we went. In addition, we had a very nasty tour guide named HARRY who for whatever the reason was very irritated with us (while he was very nice to others) Whatever the question we asked he had a very irritated don’t care response. We both are outgoing friendly people and we are quite puzzled what the reason for this hideous response from the tour guide despite us not doing anything bad for him (we were on time at every place and never bothered this guy with any additional requests) This was an entire day trip and I would say this irritated unprofessional behavior really disturbed the atmosphere for us. We spent a considerable amount of money and more than the value of money we value a good experience where we as customers are respected and valued. In addition, a tour guide is someone who has to provide best of service to customer who come to visit a place and enjoy their vacation, instead HARRY ruined our experience as his irritated and I would also add discriminating behaviors also will be remembered about Thailand along with the island visits.
Hence, I highly suggest the team to teach HARRY how not to discriminate people based on their appearance/ethnicity.

We have had a wonderful excursion to the Hong Islands with this company. Our guide Alex was very attentive and friendly. The beaches are spectacular and the program was perfect. The food was very good, it had a lot of personality. Very happy with the excursion

We were late with booking a tour for the next day and looked for options online. After finding out that everything online was full or very expensive we went to look for a tour shop near our hotel. We came across Barracudas Tour and a very friendly employee explained us all the options. My girlfriend and I wanted to do a private tour, so we could do everything on our own pace. Barracudas Tour had multiple private tours available for different islands. The employee recommended Hong island, which was a great suggestion. We had a friendly captain for our private boat and also for a great price!

Rude staff and instructors. Visit duration between islands is very less and in fact snorkelling was just for 30 mins. Not satisfied and i would not recommend this one to any of my folks. In fact will cover up this in my blog in detail.

Had a great time on the speedboat tour around the phi phi islands! Our tour guide John was so much fun and had loads of great information. The food was a buffet with loads of options, vegetarian food was perfect.
I would definitely use these guys again!

The tour is good.tour guide speaking good English good food they prepared (but a little bit spicy) im sure if u Caucasian u will have no problems with it & actually will love it.free water along the tour.

Had a full day to Hong Island trip with longtail boat, I was concern at first because of the previous reviews. It turned out to be auch a memorable great day for my Krabi trip.

Bee was very professional, she told us some island history and was very helpful.
Captain JJ cant speak good english but I can see that he tried hard. He tried to help us carry our belonging.

Hong island has very crystal clear water. It was such a chilling day.
