Barracudas Tour

The team was friendly and the tour was what was described. However, the tour was incredibly overcrowded to the point there definitely weren’t enough life jackets for everyone, and some people would keep turning up late for the meet up point which meant we were running late. If the tours were done on a slightly smaller scale then the group would be slightly more easy to control. The team was fantastic themselves however I would definitely hope that they handle the problem of the tours being incredibly overcrowded

Pathetic boat service to island tour.
Really disgusting boat with 0 hygiene.
Not reliable. The driver kept having cigg with weed through the tour. Boat has no safety. Totally waste of time and money. Pathetic experience

We had a good time on Phi Phi island trip. The tour guide and captain were very helpful and talkative. They were so good at entertaining us for the whole trip.

Best island tour in Krabi compared with the other agency in town. This is not my first time with Barracudas but 4th. Staffs are always welcoming and helpful with professional service and english speaker. I choose to go with speedboat this time and the boat is quite new and clean. I will definitely choosing them again!

The boatman were so helpful and friendly.
We booked a private speed boat to phi phi island. The boat was clean and the lunch they provided were yummy as well!

Great trip to Phi Phi with them. I made this tour few years ago with some other tour operator.so I knew what to expect and it was OK. Normal no.of people in boat, timing OK, saw all the places like they promote (Bamboo Island, Phi Phi, Maya Bay - just from boat, it is closed, some lagoon close to Maya Bay, some snorkeling spots.). We paid 1500 bath for adult incl.park fee (from Aonang).

Totally disapointed! We did Hong Island tour and it was totaly wasted money. Boat was overcrovded, to small for our group of 30+
So far this is the worst tour we ever did, and we did a lot of them around Thailand, Vietnam, Phillipines. They were late, we were squezeed in the boat all the time, and places we went to see were also overcrovded. We havent saw all the places from the list, they had some lazy explanation and the ones for snorkeling were really bad, couldnt see nothing. Avoid this company!

Went on 4 island tour, when booking was told that each island we would have an hour to spend there. Upon arrival to first island (railay beach) we were given 35 min to walk around swim and take pics at the cave. When we were 5 mins late coming back to boat the boat was actually un-anchoring and leaving without us. Upon trying to get back in the boat they didn't want to stop for us. We had to literally yell at them to stop and take us with them. Great way to treat people almost stranding them on the first stop without a warning or even looking for them or heads up. Very rush rush with everything. Didnt tip them at the end, would not book with them again until they grow up and get their self together.

Terrible. The tour itself was ok but food was very poor. Alao when they left us back at Krabi at end of the tour it was 500 meters away from shore. Everyone had to wade through waist deep water to reach dry land. Terrible times for old people like us and for those with kids.

They didn't inform us that the fee for the national parks is valid for 3 days and after eating the food they gave us I ended up vomiting.

Horrible experience. If I could give o zero star that would be my score.
Let s start from the beginning, the guy conducted the overload boat very bad. We were like 50 on that little boat. Not comfortable at all.
I had to pay another boat from the pier to come back because I felt very bad and sick. They just dont care. The tour itself was too fast, they just let hs take picture from the boat. Everything done super quick. (No long stops at all)
They promise snacks but is very poor what they give to you. Also the lunch vEry poor.
For entering the boat we have to enter in the water and for the waves we get wet and we did all the trip with wet clothes

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They would charge 2800 THB but I settled with 1800 THB per head. The Phi-Phi island tour with them is too good except the buffet lunch that they offer. They take you to the Bamboo island, Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Leh, Monkey Island, Maya Bay, give you stuffs for snorkelling too. Too good to be true

We got some good deals with this tour company. Their guides and agents are very professional, speak good English and are very knowledgeable. They cater for a wide variety of activities for kids, families, adults and the more adventurous traveller. They are also fully insured as I found out when I cut a deep gash in my foot on a boat trip. Their policy covered all my healthcare at Ao Nang Medical Centre.
