Best​ to get there early as it can get very busy, massive amount of stalls, lots of food options. People are alway super nice.

Open on Sunday only. Very long market. U can find a lot of souvenirs here with cheaper price. For Halal Food, i think it's limited.
This walking street is better than Kalare night bazaar and Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.

You have to give yourself everything, and always haggle, except when it comes to eating, of course

Food, handicrafts, buskers, massage, a heavily tourist oriented but friendly spirited half mile of things you didn't know you wanted, from durian by the piece to antique bronze singing bowls and counterfeit silk scarves. I came away this time with a singing bowl, a stack of souvenir t-shirts, a bamboo mouth organ, and some herbal tea, finishing up with a one hour foot massage for the absurdly low price of 160 Baht. Go early-later it gets too packed to move.

Interesting and large street market, loads of stalls. But too much tasteless vegan stuff everywhere. Also the crowd is funny

This night market is awesome. It's one of the biggest ones in Thailand. You can get back and leg massages for an hour for 160 Baht. You can find food and many souvenirs. Also there are a lot of busking performances. It's a really nice experience.

Sunday night walking street market is open again as of 21 November 2021! So many vendors selling a huge variety of goods. They start at 16: 00 and go until the crowds start to thin out, but the best time to go is around 18: 00 as the sun goes down. It was great to see they were doing temperature scans and giving everyone hand sanitizer at the entrances. It's a must if you're in town on Sundays.

Great Walking Street market in the heart of Old Chiang Mai. Huge variety of clothing, arts and crafts as well as amazing Street Food. There are many restaurants and bars along the way and if you can get a first floor seat by a window in one of them you can look down on the hustle and bustle of the market. Definitely worth a visit in Chiang Mai but only open on Sundays from 5 pm

Such a surreal experience. I loved every minute of it. I have a fascination with street food. So you can imagine how I felt by the end of it. I just couldn't stop trying everything. There are also loads of other things to buy from bags made from IKEA bags to face creams

มีของกิน ของใช้ สายช๊อป ชอบเดินชิลๆ มาเดินเล่นได้เลย เพลินๆ มีสินค้าhandmade, ผ้าฝ้ายเมือง, และอื่นๆอีกมากมาย ตลาดมีช่วงเย็น-ค่ำ ไม่ต้องร้อนเดินได้ชิวๆ

It's a shame really as covid 19 has decimated the tourists from Thailand, but the locals and expats are doing all they can to support the vendors in their time of need, I saw some very nice artwork and plenty of the usual ornaments, clothing and food stalls so it was 5 stars for their efforts still worth a walk around evev now.

Spend your Sunday evening and take a stroll down the walking street, you can still find food stalls and vendor selling clothes and apparel.

Many has changed since Covid19 took over the city, but people are still hustling, come support whenever you are around Chiangmai.

So many vendors! So many good options! It was crowded, even for a rainy afternoon. Absolutely loved the various arts and crafts vendors. I was able to get some cute earrings, pants, a scarf, bookmarks, a hair pin and some sling bags. Don't buy at the front from the entrances. They charge a little more. Go around for better deals and don't forget to barter. Most places sell the scarf for 100 baht. I was able to find mine for 80 baht! The pants all run around the same price (around 100 baht), and earrings are all different prices, so barter on those.
