Here it's all about being taken care of. It's a humble place with the basics and exactly what you need for a great time in Chiang Mai. Bike rentals are very very fairly priced if you are boarding here also.

Nuy goes the extra mile to make this place just like home. She cooks amazing dinner and her big smile and laughter stays with you all day. Lovely place to meet other travelers too.

Perfect location. Very good value for money. Nuy is a wonderful host, always available to provide good information. Lots of services included (Landry, bike, diner and breakfast.). We planned to stay one night, eventually we stay 3 nights feeling like home. Excellent Wi-Fi

Basic and dated rooms and a good clean would be nice but whatever this place lacks in terms of quality of accommodation it overcompensates in service. Run by super friendly Thai lady which is able to arrange anything for you plus will feed you breakfast and dinner for free. Same goes for the laundry. Check it out before hand as its not for everyone but has a great vibe and lots of people hang around in the outside seating area
