Millennium Auto RAMA4

One of the worst BMW centre in the world. Once you speak english on the phone, they do not even ask you to hold to get someone to speak to you. And I am put on an endless hold until I was fed up and hang up the phone. It takes forever to make an appointment to service my car, and when I just walk in, they will give me a date that is at least ONE MONTH away. I really do not understand why they are doing such nuisance.

โชว์รูมใหญ่ดีครับ มีแผนกต้อนรับที่ยิ้มแย้ม และเต็มใจให้บริการดีครับ มีน้ำผลไม้กับกาแฟไว้คอยบริการ แผนกรับรถก็ทำงานไวครับ

BMWพระราม4 ชอบนะคะ โดยเฉพาะ sale เราคะ ดูแลดี ใจดีแนะนำดีคะ คุณหมู ผู้ชาย ทางศูนย์ บริการดีขนมอร่อย มีครบวงจร ทำสี เคลือบ รถเยอะมาก ถือว่าเป็นศูนย์ใหญ่เลยคะ พนักงานน่ารักคะ ที่จอดรถ น้อยเพราะมีรถเยอะมากกกก

มีงานกิจกรรมอะไร saleก็แจ้ง คะ ละล่าสุด เอารถเข้าศูนย์ ออกมาพวงมาลัยเป็นรอย แบบเหมือนโดน แหวน ขูด เป็นๆเส้นๆคะ แจ้งsaleไป เค้าก็ดำเนินการให้อยู่ว่าจะเปลี่ยน ถ้าได้รับการดูแลดี เปลี่ยนเร็ว จะกลับมารรวิว นะคะ

บริการช้ามาก ไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้า รถมีปัญหาแทบทุกครั้งหลังถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่อง แย่สุดๆแล้วครับ hondaบริการดีกว่าเยอะ

Excellent service and traffic there is unspoken.my favorite place to chill.good coffee and nice people there.

The worst service.
I don't want to go anymore.
It takes 3 weeks to replace tires.
If they say that they will call you after confirming, that phone will not take forever.

I have called to technical service team, and the staff over the call not to willing to answer my question with lack of products knowledge as he not knowing what the right answer and unable analyze to find the root cause of part issue.

I've been waiting for an hour just to leave my car for service even though i had appointment. And also could be great if i had some water at least.

Sales reps have no clue about their upcoming models when different dealers do.
Also, they only care about selling you their BMWs. Once that is done, be prepared for their pathetically slow and unprofessional services. You have been warned.
BMW make good cars, but this dealership just ruins the aftersales

บริการแย่มาก ทุกอย่างช้า เซลล์ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบในการดูแลลูกค้า (คุณ เค) ทำให้บริษัท BMW Thailand ดูเป็นบริษัทที่ไม่มีคุณภาพอย่างยิ่งและรู้สึกผิดหวังมาก คำพูดของเซลล์ชื่อคุณเค "ที่นี้ดำเนินการช้านิดนึง" ถ้าเซลล์คนนี้สัญญาอะไรกับคุณไว้ คิดไปเลยว่าอีกนานกว่าเขาจะทำครับ

ศูนย์ค่อนข้างแออัดครับ ถึงจะมีที่จอดหลายชั้น แต่เวลาโทรไปจองเวลาเข้ารับบริการก็ต้องรอกันเป็นอาทิตย์บางทีเป็นเดือน ถึงจะขยายสาขามาที่พระราม 3 แล้วก็ตาม แต่ช่วงหลังมาปรับปรุงศูนย์บริการให้สวยขึ้นดีขึ้น มีมุมรับลูกค้า มีอาหารบริการ การบริการดีเป็นกันเอง รวมๆแล้วก็ถือว่าเป็นศูนย์บริการที่ปรับปรุงมาได้ดีเรื่อยๆครับ

บริการแย่มากกกกก ไม่แนะนำซื้อสาขานี้นะคะ โดยเฉพาะกับเซลที่ชื่ออ้อแอ้ บริการหลังการขายแย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอมา แย่กว่าบริษัทรถญี่ปุ่นอีก ไม่ว่าจะเรื่องทะเบียนเรื่องซ่อมปัญหาการใช้งานต่างๆ เซลที่จะคอยดูแลเราติดต่อยากหรือบางทีติดต่อไม่ได้แล้วก็ไม่ติดต่อกลับ เสียความรู้สึกมากๆที่เลือกซื้อที่นี่ รถราคาไม่ใช่ถูกๆ แต่เจอการบริการเหมือนซื้อของราคาไม่กี่บาท เสียความรู้สึกมากจริงๆ รถทั้งคัน มีปัญหาเซลก็พึ่งไม่ได้ โมรไปศูนย์รับบ้างตืดสายบ้าง โบ้ยไปให้เซลบ้าง

Shocking after sales service.if you call and it's too hard for them to work out or answer they just hang up on you (that's after you call them 4 times as they don't even answer the phone) Almost impossible to book a service - even though it's pre paid as part of the purchase cost in the "BMI".

Staff are in experienced and lack any ability to communicate effectively - by far the worst BMW dealer I have ever delt with!

แย่ มากๆๆๆ รอ นาน สุด ๆๆ ศูนย์ บริ การรถราคาแพง การ รับคิว บริการ นาน ที่สุด สรุป แย่ ที่อื่น ยี่ห้ออื่น ดีกว่า เยอะ ใคร ไม่เคยมาไม่ รู้ หรอ คัฟ

โทรศัพท์ติดต่อยากมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้าเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องติดต่อหลังการขาย โทรไป แผนกทะเบียนก็ไม่รับสาย โทรติดต่อโอเปอเรเตอร์ เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าระบบโทรศัพท์ไม่ค่อยดี โอนสายไปก็ไม่รับแล้วตัดสายเหมือนเดิม โทรไปหลายครั้งก็ยังติดต่อไม่ได้ หนักๆเข้า โอเปอเรเตอร์ ก็ไม่รับสายเหมือนกัน ถ้าระบบมีปัญหาทำไม ไม่รีบแก้ไข หรือหาวิธีที่จะสื่อสารกับลูกค้าให้ได้. ควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขครับ

Terrible services, Expensive fees, Really exhausted about this company, they cannot fix the problem, nobody answer. A few months ago, I had to wait for two weeks because of my battery and again has the problem and now 20 days. Never ever buy from this company, this is my experience after two years and wanna share here

Buying experience was great, but totally different from trying to get any service done from this showroom. They seem to have problems keeping the record of customers appointments. It appears to be a hassle every single time coming here.

Picking up the car is ok. They've done a good job at least.
