Millennium Auto RAMA4

First day when i bring my car to service it took almost 2 hours for waiting.and the day I came to pick up my car i waiting so long as well even i say im on rush. Should never come here!

รถX5ผมถูกยกจากกระบี่ไปศูนย์ใกล้สุดคือภูเก็ตโดยที่แจ้งว่ามีเสียงดังจากเพลาล้อหลังคิดว่าไม่สามารถขับกลับกทม
หลังจาก ศูนย์millenniumภูเก็ตรับรถไปได้2วันบอกว่าช่างจะเช็คปัญหาให้ ผมบินกลับกทมเพราะบอกอาจต้องรออะไหล่2-3วัน 3วันให้หลังไลน์มาแจ้งว่าได้รถยกกลับศูนย์ที่ราม4 และบอกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่จะโทรมาติดต่อ หลังจาก13วันที่รถอยู่ในมือของศูนย์mIllenIum ผมได้ถูกแจ้งมาว่าเขาได้เปลี่ยนที่ปัดน้ำฝนหน้าหลัง แท่นเครื่องยนต์ซ้ายขวา เปลียนท่อความดัน ท่ออากาศ
ผมไม่ใช่ช่างแต่ดูบิลแล้วสงสัยว่าศูนย์มีเจตนารมณ์อะไร บิลออกมา3หมื่นนิดๆ แม้ว่าผมไม่ต้องจ่ายเพราะอยู่ภายใต้ประกันBSI แต่ก็อดที่จะเสียดายชื่อเสียงแบรนด์BMWและเงินที่BMWเสียไปไม่ได้

Massive let down with the Millennium Auto. My X5 was towed from Krabi to Phuket because sound like the back suspension are loose. Thirteen days later, my car end up in Bkk with over bht31,000 repair bill & nothing to do with the back choke or suspension. The Millennium auto Rama4 changed wipper, air pipe etc…but have not fix what the car went in for. Lucky the bill was taken care from BSI. Hope the top management can see how Millennium auto is so unethical in doing business.
Never again.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Scheduled for maintenance a week in advance for 11: 30 Monday, was there early and service was delayed to start at 12: 00. They assured it would be done in 3 hours and I would receive a call. 3: 30 already without a call and so we finally return at 4: 00. No one attended to us until 4: 15 when they told me it would take til 5PM because allegedly, the service had already been done, but it was taking a while because "the queue for carwash post-service was very long" and they assured me again that it would be ready by 5PM at the latest. No one called us til 5: 30 and they were really apologetic and again blamed the carwash queue. When they finally brought the car around, the car hadn't been washed at all. Like, did we wait that extra hour for nothing? What's more likely the case in my opinion was they were straight up lying and that nothing had been done til we followed up at 4PM. So a whole 6 hours wasted for what essentially should have been a 30-60 minute oil change. Will never return to get service done here. Would give 0 stars if I could.

ออกรถสะดวก บริการดี สถานที่สะดวกสบาย มีบริการ น้ำ กาแฟขนมของ Fusio รถมีปัญหาก็มาที่เดียว จบครบวงจร showroom อยู่ก่อนปั๊ม Esso ท้ายซอยสุขุมวิท 24 ตรงข้ามเป็นก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ดเจ้าดัง 555 จอดนี่แล้วข้ามไปกินเตี๋ยวได้มั้ย ต้องมาถามเขาดู

1ชม. กับอีก15นาทีที่ต้องมานั่งรอพนักงาน ฝ่ายเครมประกัน ผมก็เข้าใจว่าต้องรอนะ แต่มันก็ไม่หน้าจะนานขนาดนี้

Didn't fix my problem. Never called me to find out more. I will never go back. Wasted so much money to fix a $85 air filter but instead I spent $775USD and they didn't address the problem

จองคิวเอารถเช็คระยะ ก็ไม่บอกอะไร
พอเข้าไปจริงๆ ดันบอกว่าทาง BMW เรียกรถเข้ามาปรับระบบไอเสีย (อะไรทำนองนี้) ต้องทิ้งรถไว้ 3 วัน แผนการสามวันนี้ที่จะแค่เช็คครึ่งวัน ต้องเปลี่ยนกระทันหันแบบไม่จำเป็นเลย

รบกวนมิลลิเนี่ยมออโต้พระรามสี่ช่วยบอกออโต้สมาร์ทให้ปรับปรุงด่วนครับวางพยางค์แบบนี้มันทับคันเร่งอันตรายมากๆครับดีนะครับมาหน่อยเดียวแล้วรู้ตัวไม่ได้รถเฉี่ยวชนอะไรอันตรายที่สุดในโลกเลย
เวลาล้างรีบมากไปไหมครับแม๊คเป็นรอยหมดเลยแล้วใครจะรับผิดชอบ

สถานที่ค่อนข้างแคบ รถจอดชิดกันมาก แต่พนักงานดูแลดีครับ มีบริการอาหาร และ เครื่องดื่มอยุ่ชั้นสอง

Very poor service. I feel like I contact a government organization. Old-fashioned style not customer-center.

My 3 years old Z4 lost it’s logo stickers due to bad glue yesterday. It was easy to pull they off.
Today I went to bmw millennium auto Rama 4 and they quote me over 7.000 Thb for repair. What about German quality and service? Don’t you think it should be a complementary service for a luxury car like mine, even we bought several bmw at your showroom as well

The service queue seems to be longer and longer nowadays. Servicing a car takes one week and BMW Thailand doesn’t provide replacement car like in other country. In terms of customer experience, BMW should think of how to balance their sales of cars with maintaining the service to customers

Xin is a great salesperson. Very knowledgeable, courteous and just what you'd expect at a high end dealership.

บริการดีมากคะ. เครื่องดื่ม. หรือกาแฟ. ชาร้อน. ทุกอย่างโอเคค่ะ. อีกอย่างหนึ่ง ต้มเลือดหมูอร่อยมากๆค่ะ

แย่มากครับ พอขายได้เซลไม่ดูแลลูกค้าเลย ศูนย์บริการก็ติดต่อยาก โทรไปไม่มีใครรับ รุ้สึกเสียความรุ้สึกมาก

BMW car dealership. Many new and 2nd hand models available here. Service is good and professional.
Several levels of cars on show. Very crowded and busy. It is also a service centre which makes the place congested.

BMW showroom and service center with excellent service. Thwy serve drinks while customers are waiting.
