บริการแย่ทุกระดับ ไม่มีอะไรให้ประทับใจ มีให้คะแนน0ดาวมั้ย เริ่มตั้งแต่โทรไปนัดเอารถเข้าไปซ่อม พนักงานที่รับสายพูดจาไม่ดีเลย ถ้าคิววันนั้นเต็มก็ควรจะใช้คำพูดดีๆแบบสุภาพ ไม่ใช่พูดปฎิเสธลูกค้าแบบไม่มีสกิลการสื่อสาร พอวันที่จะเข้าไปรับก็แจ้งวันและเวลาเรียบร้อยแล้ว พอไปถึงงานซ่อม ซ่อมไม่ครบขาดไปหนึ่งรายการ ซึ่งเราทิ้งรถไว้ให้ซ่อม 3 อาทิตย์! แล้วยังจะซ่อมไม่ครบอีก พนักงานแจ้งว่าเค้าตกหล่นเอง นอกจากนั้นยังต้องรอล้างรถ แล้วดันติดพักเที่ยง พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องรออีก1ชั่วโมง เพราะพนักงานทุกคนติดเบรค เราเริ่มหัวเสียเพราะนัดรับรถล่วงหน้าแล้ว แล้วทำไมต้องมานั่งรออีก ยังดีที่พนักงานรับรู้ถึงความไม่พอใจของเรา เลยไปจัดแจงล้างให้ทันที ขอให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องบริการด่วนนะคะ เห็นคนคอมเม้นเยอะเลย ผุ้บริหารควรเข้ามาอ่าน ก่อนที่จะเสียชื่อเสียงไปมากกว่านี้นะคะ เพราะเราเป็นนึงที่ไม่คิดจะกลับมาใช้บริการที่สาขาพระราม4อีกต่อไป

นัดรับรถ พอถึงวันไปรับบอกไม่เสร็จ ทางเราเสียเวลาและเสียความรู้สึกมากครับ เราเป็นลูกค้าอยากให้ทางศูนย์บริการให้ดีกว่านี้ อยากให้ปรับปรุงด้วยครับ

Poor service. After taking one week to fix my car, and letting me wait 40 minutes to pick it up, even after making an appointment, the car was returned with new scratches and the work was done in a very sloppy way. Avoid!

Horrible service and I would say BMW should strictly review them as they have no clue about the service and definitely no standards are being followed. Some examples below:
1. I gave my car for checkup and told them that there is a noise in my BMW - 2 days no updates and then they call and say that they couldn’t find any issue (during these 2 days I made multiple calls and every time I heard is we will call you back)
2. Then suddenly they call me after 2 days and say they found the issue and they’ve fixed the same and will send the car back - when I asked what was the issue they said there was a nut which was loose and they fixed it
3. I received the car and noise was still there - I called multiple times and the lady in Millenium BMW said she will take this on priority and whenever I want o can come back and get the same fixed
4. Now I’ve been calling the lady for multiple days (3-4 days) and no response

Utterly useless service with no response and lies.

กากมาก เอากุญแจรถไว้ในรถ2ดอกรถล็อคแก้ปัญหาไม่ได้ไม่อ่านไม่ตอบไลน ห่วยมากอธิบายกับลูกค้าไม่ได้ว่าเมื่อไหร่ให้รถลูกค้า?

หากไปใช้บริการต้องทำใจเรื่องที่จอดรถน้อย ถ้าต้องการนำรถออกต้องขยับตั้งแต่คันแรกยันคันสุดท้าย
ไปรอรับรถกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้นั่งรอเป็นชั่วโมง สุดท้ายแจ้งว่าตัวเองติดเคสอยู่ เลยไม่ได้เอารถออกมาให้ > แล้วไม่ฝากเรื่องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทำแทนด้วย งงมากๆค่ะ กินกาแฟรอจนหมดไปสองแก้ว เดินไปตามถึงสามรอบ ถึงจะเร่งตามเรื่องรถให้
ตอนได้รถแล้วพบว่าหนังตรงที่พักแขนเป็นรอย ไม่มีการตรวจสอบหรือทำความสะอาดก่อนส่งมอบ ยังดีที่เห็นและเช็ดออกอยู่บ้าง เพราะด้วยความรีบเลยไม่ได้โวยวาย
ฝากปรับปรุงบริการ ถ้าดีกว่านี้จะดีมากๆเลย

โทรสอบถาม พนักงานรับสายฝ่ายขายอะไหล่พูดจาไม่ดีเลยค่ะ สอบถามเกี่ยวกับของก็จะพูดกลับถามกลับเหมือนว่าลูกค้าไม่รู้เรื่อง เหมือนตัวเองรู้เรื่องทุกอย่าง ประมาณว่าลูกค้าโง่มากอ่ะค่ะ แต่จะบอกนะคะการที่คุณพูดแบบนั้นไม่ทำให้คุณดูฉลาดขึ้นหรอกค่ะ ไม่มีมารยาทเลย น้ำเสียงน่าจะมีอายุแล้วนะคะ ถ้าลูกค้าทราบทุกอย่างคงไม่โทรถาม
พนักงานตอนเข้าไปซื้อพูดดีน่ารักค่ะ

เอารถเข้าไปซ่อม, จากปัญหา เล็กๆ, ไปๆมาๆ ไม่รู้ซ่อมยังไง กลายเป็น ปัญหา ใหญ่ ไม่จบไม่สิ้น
แถมราคาโครตแพง

This garage doesn’t deserve any business. They try to scam insurance companies. They cannot repair on time and their customer service team and management are useless. Do not use them. I have had so many problems on different occasions with them. I will not be returning again.

รอคิวนานมาก เกิน1ชม.
สุดท้ายขอบัตรประชาชน กับ ใบแจ้งความมาถ่ายสำเนา แล้วให้กลับก่อน ใบรับรถส่งให้ในไลน์
จริงๆ ให้รอเกิน1ชม. ให้เจ้าหน้าต้อนรับทำก็ได้
ไม่ต้องให้ลูกค้ามานั่งรอนานขนาดนี้ เหมือนพนงbmw ไม่ประสานงานกัน เพื่อให้ลดเวลา และกองงานไว้ที่service อย่างเดียว

ปกติเข้าศูนย์บางนาดีกว่านี้

My routine quick visit for some simple questions related to my car. It's always resolved in 20 minutes. Happy.

Make an appointment and you won't be disappointed. They take care of you and the process was seamless. I took my car in for collision repair and I thought the price was fair and everything was great. We even looked at a couple of cars and were impressed. 530e is on sale now!

ปกติที่บ้านใช้ เบนส์ พึ่งได้ลองเปลี่ยนมาใช้ series 7 เมื่อตอน ต้นปีนี้เอง และพึ่งมาเข้าศูนย์ที่พระราม 4 ครั้งแรก เปรียบเทียบกันแล้ว บริการแย่นะครับ อาหารไม่มีนะครับ เครื่องดื่มคือ ลาเต้ไม่มี นมหมด มีแต่อเมริกาโนกับกาแฟชงอะค่ะ จะรับมั้ย……. และได้ บราวนี่มา 1 ชิ้นเล็กๆ คือ แย่ ครับ……. มาถึงระบบเสีย ต้องรอเพิ่มอีก จาก 3 ชั้วโมงเป็น 6 ชั้วโมง จริงๆ โทรบอกกันนิดจะดีมากครับ เพราะ เราก็ต้องเลื่อนงานอืนๆ หมดน่าจะมีการปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นนะครับ ด้วยความเคารพ

แย่มากๆ รถเข้าไปตั้งแต่เมื่อคืน เช้ามามีเจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อมาแล้วก็เงียบหายไป โทรไปตามไม่มีใครรู้เรื่อง ติดต่อไม่ได้ สรุปย้ายกลับไปศูนย์อื่น ถ้าให้คะแนนติดลบได้ก็อยากจะให้นะ

บริการดี แต่ ช้าทุก process ของการส่งรับรถ
แค่ดรอปรถ หรือ รับรถ ก็สามารถกินเวลาเกือบ 1 ชม. ได้
แนะนำลองดีลเลอร์อื่นดูค่ะอาจจะดีกว่า

Worst service ever!
I recommend go to another BMW dealer!
My experience here is
1.salespersons like to do nothing except gossiping all the time so annoying!

2.always have to wait very long to get any attention, even just when dropping car for service!

Even i have already booked the time to get for the service still have to wait never less than 30mins

3. A lot of improvement could be done on service both at the sales office as well as call

คุณธนกร บริการด้วยใจจริงๆ ไม่ได้ติดต่อเป็นปีๆ ก็ยังจำเราได้และช่วยตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่สำคัญอย่าง Airbag ให้อย่างรวดเร็ว แนะนำเลยครับที่นี่ เยี่ยมมาก
Very good service with great people. Awesome

So hard to buy from there. Never seen a sales that doesnt want to sell before.it getting even worst if your vehicle has an issue! Their recommendations is to not check the oil level! Run the engine till it fail! It would be funny if it wasn't BM
