the quality of staff, and their understandments of BUSINESS people and needs is BELOW ZERO.they think that, because you ask 1 year multiple visa, is because you like china (NO I DON'T).
So come here with a lot of patience, be ready to deal with Thai staff (terrible) in a Chinese system (disaster).

of course, instead to improve, the service and the quality rumble down continuously.

Thai people think to be in market.screams, food, chaos.especially the mafia of visa agencies that can do whatever they want here.they don't follow queue or lines.they just use the desks and windows just like to be in a soi market.chinese people are more disorganised than thais.the queue system is a mess.in the morning prepare to stay standing for hours keeping your place and then have the security that change things and of courae NO ONE SPEAK ENGLISH!

personell at front desk is really arrogant and treat you as a criminal begger.be ready to get screams from a young lady that could be your nephew, that probably think to have a bright career.till Chinese's dont scrap her.
