เจ้าหน้าที่อาจจะดูหงุดหงิดไปบ้าง เพราะมีผู้มาใช้บริการเยอะ แต่โดยรวม รวดเร็วมาก มาถึงช่วง 9: 30 ไม่ถึง 15 นาทีก็เสร็จ

It's crazy the TVs that display queue numbers are not related to each other.so you would have missed your queue number if you looked at the wrong TV screen.

Very professional service fast and clean, very nice waiting lounge. China is a welcoming country and easy and fun.

Not as fast as every talks about it. You may need around a 45-60 mins of waiting time during busy hours. I am here at 12.45 got 12 queues in line and it takes around 5-10 mins for the queue in my category.

Incredibly over crowded due to many non-operational counters and venue being way to small for the amount of foot traffic. But once served, things more along fairly well.

They are clean, straight to business, professional and well equipped. The visa price is decent. To avoid extra trips, a bit research before visitation can save you a lot.

Terrible service for which you pay a huge "service" charge. Even the pick up at the time of appointment involved a one hour and twenty minutes wait.

I made an appointment on Oct 3,2018 but emailed cancelled 1-4 Oct 2018 because Oct 1 is Chinese National Day! Really Very Lazy people here that take day off on the whole week working day for 1 October! Also terrible call centre when call to ask something that we don't know!

It is not inside of China embassy. This agent prepare documents which required for issue visa behalf of China embassy, then send to the embassy. Depend on your nationality maybe not same documents required. Service good

Extremely busy place. Arrived 20 minutes after 9am when it opened and the line was crazy long. The price on the Embassy website isn't correct and when I queried it was told it was for another province. So regular service takes 4 days and costs 1600 baht and express takes 2 days and costs 2650 baht. Pick up is fairly quick even when there are 26 people in front of you such as was my case. I think we waited about 15-20mins for pick up. Applications take much longer so you should be prepared for a fairly long wait.

The visa application center is pretty easy to get to. The service year is super fast and very friendly. I found the staff to be very helpful. There is an option for having photographs taken and copies made, but it is rather pricey. I would suggest taking care of these things before you go to the Chinese visa center.

As a Canadian citizen this was so easy.

Made an appointment Monday morning and was in and out in 15 minutes. Went to pick up Thursday morning and was in and out in 5 minutes. 3100 baht but that’s just how it is.

Good service. It tends to be busy, but staff are handling it well. They're quite helpful. Pro tip: better prepare more than less photocopies. They wanted to see all sorts of previous entry stamps to Thailand and China. They have a photocopying machine for a charge, but better be prepared.

Very helpful staff but tedious process.
Make sure to have all the documents ready. If you don't, there's a store on 2nd floor which where they have a computer, copy/printing machine and can take visa photo!

I have been trying to call this badly unprofessional service place many times from 8.30-9.10 a.m, nobody answered the calls, such a disgusting and reprehensible idiots get paid there! Was a very straight forward process in and out in under 30 min. The express service worked as advertised pick up my passport at 1530hrs the next day. Please note there is a Mum & Pop shop on the second floor that does passport photos & printing for any last minute documents required for your visa.

Easiest visa application process I have ever done. I went in the afternoon and there was no queue. Good staff.
