I have been here twice now (once with insurance, and once wihtout). Unethical hospital. Add on fees that they say you will not be charged. Make you do extra tests without ever finding anything is wrong. Charge sometimes 10x more than other hospitals in Bangkok. For small questions and short consults will always charge standard 1500 baht fee, if not more. Extra charges for small things. Always check your bill!

Nurses are nice, but only because you will spend all your money here. Shady practice. Never coming back. Only go here if you have your own insurance or if you're super rich.

Excellent facility and staff. I did 2 full executive health exams. Everything was done in half a day - cardiogram including stress test, ultrasound, full blood work, hearing and sight, etc. Can't do that in Canada in a day. Cost relative to what you're getting is amazing.

Bumrobugood hospital *** Avoid at all cost! *** Incompetent, arrogant and unethical Doctors. The Doctor’s don’t know how to diagnose Medical illness. Prescribe unnecessary prescriptions and tests. They will rob you and the Doctors are arrogant and incompetent. Horrible experience will never be back!

My husband and I traveled from Nepal to Bumrungrad for a minor surgery. The hospital is very nice, clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. We were very satisfied with the doctor and the nursing staff was great. Very professional, and attentive. If you need medical treatment in this area GO HERE!

We came from China to give birth here. The hospital was clean and sterile. The doctor's bedside manners weren't that great.

Very low and taking so long for service, have to wait many more hours for echo only. Overpriced and not helpful. BKK hospital is much better than this hospital. Not recommended.

Very good hospital, friendly staff, good doctors. Gives very good recommendations and suggestions which is very good. But very expensive too.

To avoid due to poor quality service.
My family was followed for more than a year at this place but the service quality has dramatically declined. The staff does not treat well foreigners compared to locals. Better go to Samitivej or Bangkok Hospital

Impressed with every facet of professionalism from start to finish. By far the best international hospital in Thailand for experience and the fees charged. The 20th Flr pain/Neurosurgery Dept is second to none.

With all amazing facilities and comfortable atmosphere within the hospital, it doesn't look like a hospital to me. I feel like I visit a 4-star hotel) A few things that must be improved are that it always takes too long time for the patients to wait to see the doctors and the expenses are too high for most local patients to afford. I luv the free shutter van service to and from BTS Nana Station. They provides well-trained staff to translate everything into your own languages for foreign patients too)

Definitely a world class hospital but expect to pay for it. My wife caught the flu and needed to stay for 2 nights. They treated her extremely well and we were very satisfied with the service however, it cost us nearly $3000 CDN!

Been in Bangkok 9 years and this place has really bad reputation. I had to visit today to take care of my guest and I must that this place is a real cheat and thug. Sorry to speak out as other expats or event locals must know that they are big cheaters.
You are allowed have to be careful even if you have insurance because they asked us to admit us and took the emergency and told us insurance covers all. After 6 hours got admitted they inform us insurance will not cover.

Wonderful experience so far. Dr has been very concise and staff has been very friendly and accommodating and reassuring of their knowledge and expertise. Amazing though that the hospital has their own junk food. Note the photo.

Overrated. Prices are inflated by heaps. Facilities are dated and care subpar. Wait time to see doctor and check out are inordinately long in comparison to other places I've been to in the city. Many local expats use St. Louis, affordable care and expedient service. When I explained my concerns to the doctor she tried to advise me to get 10k thb plus in test. To me it seems like a money grab and it is always busy, more like a train station than a hospital.

This hospital is a total rip off. I visited Dr. Chalermchai to check two old injuries (one in my shoulder and one in my wrist).

The doctor didn't give me any prescription or instruction of how to take the medicines, nor any consideration regarding physical activity (rest period).

After, they tried to sell me a wrist splint for 1600THB, which I later found it in a nearby pharmacy for 700THB. In the picture you can see a charge of 3120THB divided in 4 items, but it was just 1 left wrist Rx.

You're better off seeing a doctor in Australia: better and cheaper.

Superior experience: hardly any waiting times, high quality treatment. Comes at a relatively high cost compared to prices in other hospitals in Thailand, though it seems worth it

Sloooooow service and scam billing. $70 for a mass-marketed heel pad that you can pick up at any pharmacy for $10. Oh and they double charged. Do not go to this place. They rob westerners blind. Avoid avoid avoid.
