The medical staff were great, but the overall experience was mediocre at best. Very difficult to find parking and had to wait over half an hour to pay the bill.

Had stitches on my finger for about 3 weeks, went to this hospital after being turned away from multiple clinics for numerous reasons. Have not visited it in the first place since the rating was low but went after it was recommended by the last doctor I visited.

No idea why the rating is low but it was a GREAT experience! The clinic has told me to visit the ER and so did I. First, everyone speaks English and they are doing their best to help/assist you. They checked my stitches, told me sticthes look buried and they did not have a general surgeon in the ER to remove my (buried) stitches. They asked me if I would like to visit the clinic in the main building. I was concerned about the waiting time but they called the clinic and checked it for me. They also registered my visit, found my (international) insurance records (which I was trying to find among thousands of emails), prepared everything for my insurance and directed me to the main building. I went to the main building, they got my papers, checked blood pressure and told me to wait. Guess I waited around 5-10 mins and was called in. The doctor came, explained everything to me and removed my stitches buried under my skin. Both the doctor and nurses were very very helpful and kind! I was told to wait outside, then another staff came and went to check if there was anything else I needed to do. They have done everything for my insurance, I paid a minimal amount and left. But even without the insurance, it was still lower than what the clinics would charge me have they not turned me away after seeing my stitches.

Hospital was new, clean and very modern. As someone living in a developed Asian country where only the interpreter speaks English in international clinics let alone doctor/administrative staff, and you are basically on your own, this hospital was God-given!

All in all, it was a GREAT experience! Everyone including the doctor, nurses, administrative staff was very nice, helpful and doing their best to help me. So do not be discouraged by the low rating and give it a try if you need to visit a doctor.

Chinese translation skills need to be improved! This Chinese stumbling block is really stupid. Moreover, what the doctor said was translated incorrectly. I originally thought that I was not good at medical terminology, so I found a translator, but it turned out that the level was not as good as my own English speaking. I have to give this a bad review

Nurses don't speak English. They are not efficient in processing pre admission for the insurance. I communicated many times with them, and yet they don't understand and insisted being right without listening. The price doesn't justify the quality of service. What a shame.

A general hospital for wealthy people. The entrance looks like a luxury hotel, and there are Starbucks, McDonald's, Japanese restaurants, and various other shops, making it feel like a shopping mall. There is a Japanese language corner at the back of the 10th floor, so you can feel safe.

Second visit to see a specialist. Nothing can be faulted here: good doctors, even better service and clean and pleasant environment. Not the cheapest but worth it.

I had horrible experience in this Hospital, after surgery my cheekbones were still loose and I could hear that it is not fixed. I had to re do my nose and cheekbone reduction surgery again in South Korea where they did corrected everything. In short, if you prefer plastic surgery, definitely choose South Korea or any other clinic in Thailand. There are Korean clinics too. I wrote many times to this Hospital which they didn't even bothered to reply. So you get the message. One big mistake of my life to choose this Hospital.

Though I love bumrungrad and always come here often as a regular patient. I m dissapointed with some of doctor here. It took only 1 min for check up so I am not sure if that’s the general practise when there is a charge for special diagnose. I wish all doctors have the same standard on being attentive to details with patients.

I visited the hospital for comprehensive check-ups, and it was good in terms of price, handling and transparency. But they had a problem with the timing. As it started at 8: 30 and ended at 2: 30 without explaining the reasons for the delay in conducting the examinations. And I had another appointment in the Digestive diseases unit, and it was more than two hours waiting for me to see the doctor, knowing that I was present for the registration before the appointment, enough time to complete the registration procedures.

CANNOT TRUST. This hospital tried to perform a unnecessary operation on ME. When there was no real cause and databases filled with solutions. This doctor has a PROBLEM with ME/US. Expect zero responsibility.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this hospital. It was an incredibly unpleasant and inaccessible experience. I specifically sought out a skin dermatologist, hoping to discuss my skin conditions and seek appropriate treatment. However, to my dismay, the doctor refused to even listen to me and hastily prescribed a large number of pills without any consideration for my medical history. Despite my repeated requests for him to listen to my concerns before prescribing medication, he displayed rudeness and aggression towards me.

In an attempt to find a resolution, I decided to consult another dermatologist within the same clinic. Unfortunately, this doctor seemed unaware of the reasons for my visit and prescribed pills that were completely unrelated to my specific condition. This lack of understanding and competence was deeply frustrating.

To add insult to injury, when it came time to settle the bill, I was shocked to discover that I was being charged an exorbitant amount of 10,000 baht. This amount seemed unreasonably high, especially considering the fact that certain services, such as the blood pressure check, were included without my consent. The overall cost of the visit left me feeling exploited and unsatisfied with the level of service provided.

Given my horrendous experience, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. Not only is it excessively expensive, but the doctors employed there exhibit a regrettable lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Me and my family are visiting and taking care from this hospital from the last 20 years. Unfortunately the service of this hospital is going down day by day. It is very disappointing. I hope the authority is going to take some action to improve its service.

Fraudulent cashier tried to double charge and initially did not allow me to see my full bill. When I finally managed to see my full bill it was 25% less than the first amount.

Staff's English is perfect at the reception but the nurse and doctor I had had troubles communicating to me in English.

Extremely expensive and the cashier to cheat us. I went to get a rabies shot after I got bitten by a stray dog outside of Bangkok, and I was astonished by the prices. Cashier tried to cheat us by not showing the bill!

I wish there were more stars to add for my review! There are simply not enough words to describe our visit here for my husband’s double knee replacement surgery and recovery with two incredible doctors: Dr. Pitt and his associate Dr. Panya!
We have never felt more well cared for than at Bumrungrad. They worked well with our insurance and requested everything they needed a head of time. The surgery went well, with a few of the normal bumps, but every worry or question we ever had was addressed right away with kindness, professionalism and respect. The 12th floor D nurses and aides were simply OUTSTANDING! As was the inpatient and later the outpatient physical therapy!
Dr. Naruporn was wonderful as well.
The 20th and 16th floor check in stations as well as the nurses and office staff at each station were amazing! Friendly, always smiling even with a difficult patient and there to help in any way.
Another group we need to give a shout out to are all of the Porters who are there immediately when you need them! They come with a wheelchair and are courteous and professional as well. What wonderful guys and gals!
This may sound funny but even the security guards and traffic guides are kind and professional! Shout outs to all of them who helped stop the busy traffic often following beside us until we crossed the street, saluting us, giving a thumbs up and smiling.
This hospital is run so efficiently and effectively it is breath taking!
The cashiers were also superb and professional with everyone, even when being yelled at (yes I witnessed it) they maintained the composure and simply listened, I was so impressed!
I also had appointments and tests done and the customer service was just as excellent for me! MRI, X-Ray and the spine center rocked!
We will be back for everything we need! The costs are so much less than in the U. S.

No English at all, staffs / nurses / doctors -nobody understands English and you'll feel helpless here. Good to stay here as 5 star hotel facilities are there but not good to have a discussion on your problem with doctors.

We booked for December 26th 1pm.at Vitalife on 8th floor We arrived on time. I have booked before and each time we waited 40 plus minutes. We live here and have used their service before. This time after 1.5 hours we are still waiting.

I will change hospital for my family. Looks fancy but terrible service for a 5 star hospital.
