What an amazing gym! The trainers were excellent, experienced, and professional. The gym provides a great family/community atmosphere and I found the other members incredibly welcoming and helpful and was able to connect with people that I hope will be friends for life in just a short week of my camp! The attached cafe provided delicious, plant based, meals that kept me fueled for class and I was set up in a hostel down the street where my accommodation was clean, private, and quiet. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was an incredible experience where I was sad to leave but know that I will be back soon!

5-star training in a family-feel atmosphere where you can train morning, noon, or night and people remember your name after just one visit.

I trained 40 days in Bangkok Fight Lab, mainly bjj, nogi and boxing, it was amazing and so great: Morgan and his team are really professional and they are really good bjj teacher. There is a really good ambiance in that gym and it's really important, people are humble and welcoming. I did some nogi before in France but in Bangkok Fight Lab it's another level in terms of teaching, instructions/pedagogy, they have answers to your questions and it's really good. There is also big plus: the vegan café upstairs, nourish café, so healthy and excellent, everything is made to have perfect diet for your workout. I will come back for sure.

Visited in Sept/19. Did the Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu classes. All the trainers were super cool and made me feel super welcomed even though I was only there for a day.
Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Bangkok!

Great gym run by great people! Has all you need for several martial arts disciplines, caters to all skill levels and is very welcoming. There is also a healthy restaurant in the gym that has tasty, clean food. BJJ instruction is top notch.

As an amateur boxer on holiday in Bangkok I wanted to keep training to stay sharp.

Bangkok Fight lab has made this possible for me with their striking package, I even picked up some Muay Thai while there.

Training in no ac took some getting used to but it will definitely help my conditioning even further.

Everyone is super friendly and the coaching is top notch.

I have been training here for a couple of months now and it's the best gym I have been in.

The coaches are really great and professional and no one is left behind in classes. The community here is also amazing, everybody is so kind and polite.

It's located just beside the On Nut BTS. It's only a couple of minutes of walk.

Either if you are just on holiday here or living in Bangkok, I can definitely recommend this place.

One of the best gyms I have trained at. Being an expat in Bangkok, it can be hard to meet like minded people. However, if you train long enough, Bangkok Fight Lab is not just a gym, but becomes a second family.

The bjj coaching is top notch. Each instructor takes time to explain each move and concept in detail. If you have questions, they are always happy to answer.

The striking is also top notch.

There are not many egos here, and I think it starts from the top down.

Thanks for everything!

This is the best gym for BJJ in Bangkok. Cool people who train hard under professional and helpful coaches. Lots of options for classes and open mat. Delicious, air-conditioned café upstairs.

After years of training in different academies I can easily say the Fight Lab is the best one, high level coaching, friendly staff and delicious food upstairs.

This gym Bangkok Fight Lab is perfect and suitable for everyone. The place has got every reason to why we should train there. Gym’s location is easy to get to. You can use the BTS dropping off at onnut or use a nearby bike. They have classes daily for anyone who is looking to do striking or grappling. There is a wonderful AC room healthy vegan based restaurant Nourish Cafe offering delicious meals for reasonable price you could ever ask for. Everyone is friendly and is always willing to help you. You will not never feel out of place or uncomfortable. Highly welcoming to all comers.

BFL is a multi-disciplinary martial art school teaches [Brazillian] Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, Muay Thai, Judo, among others.

It has the largest training area among the martial schools in Bangkok.

BFL has four BJJ black belts and a large number of colour belts. Some evenings it has 50+ students in a class - perhaps the largest, if not one of the largest BJJ school in Bangkok. So whether you are a beginner or an experienced BJJ practitioner, there are plenty of training partners to train with.

The coaches are super friendly and the gym has a very positive vibe.

Group class, group private, and solo private are welcome.

As a BJJ and Muay Thai practitioner myself, I have trained in many schools in Bangkok and in my humble opinion, BFL is easily one of the best martial art schools in Thailand.

Highly recommended.

I have taken a Muay Thai class from Bangkok Fight Lab for 9 months already, with no experience earlier. Coaches here are current and prior Muay Thai champions, so there are no doubts about their knowledge, skill and experience. They really take it serious but with friendly environment. My strength and figure have improved significantly because of here.

For ladies, guys here (coaches and students) are fun, friendly and very polite. Hence, there are no worries if you are thinking it will be too violent for you or martial arts are for men only.

My main Muay Thai coach is Kru Nam. He has focused to teach me basics for several months to make sure I'm strong at them before teaching some other techniques. He also remembers my strenghts, weaknesses and progress. I really appreciate those efforts.

This was my first Muay Thai experience in a long time and it was amazing. The instructors genuinely cares and wants you to excel. If you are looking to train Muay Thai, this is a great place to go.
