3 It's a simple but very nice place.
It's a quiet place right by the beach, which is perfect for a relaxed evening drinking a beer on the terrace. On November however there is almost no sand on the beach.
The owner is very nice and helpful! He made great recommendations of places to eat around here.
My only comment about Koh Phangan is that the island is pretty big and everything is far from wherever you are. So, you cannot make things by walking. And if you are not in someplace with a pool, for example, you'll have to get on a taxi everytime you want to leave the hotel.
There are some good restaurants at walking distance, but you have to walk 800m on the road, which is not do comfortable.
Good place, good and very helpfull owner Cyril. Few houses, not loud, clean and all you need inside (teapot, freedge, forks and spoons, glasses). The sea just near the houses!
The only thing good about this place is that the beach is very close to the rooms, you are in the beach as soon as you come out of the rooms.
