Wow, what a fantastic find! Such genuine and honest people. They have a range of bikes, from fully automatic scooters to manual motorbikes. I took a Honda Click as this is perfect to mooch around the city. It was in excellent condition and even came with a full tank of petrol. So friendly and nice people to deal with. They also have a decent selection of helmets that are in good condition. If you're in Surat Thani, this is the best, if not the only place you should consider renting a motorbike from.

Seem like nice guys and have a good selection of bikes especially if you want something geared and a bit more powerful but their prices are too high and they don’t do any negotiating. I was able to get the exact same bike for half the price at another shop.

Rich hipster tourists please stop renting motorbikes. You are ruining it for true Travellers. Like many places now. Unreasonable prices. No semi manuals. Not willing to negotiate. The price should be 150-200baht

Just fantastic.
Needed a bigger bike to drive out to Khao Sok. They had great options to choose from.
400baht for Honda CB300 with storage boxes. New tires as well. Drove like a dream.

Also, they won't ask to keep your passport and will take a photocopy + deposit.

I can highly recommend X Motorbike Rentals. Very responsive and helpful. Although I was a bit of a difficult customer, they helped me in every situation I found myself into. For example, they delivered the bike to the bus stop where I arrived in Suratthani City when I realized the bike shop was not at the airport but in Suratthani City. It was my fault and so I arrived much later than expected but she was so patient with me and relaxed and said "no problem, im having a coffee while waiting for you. " Also when I returned the bike I ran late and almost missed my bus to the airport. Her husband gave me a free ride to the bus stop, so I hopped on the bus one minute before departure time. I was so lucky I did not miss my bus to the airport and so I did not miss my flight, thanks to them!
The scooter I rented was good and I had a great time driving around in Khanom.

The best service. The bike is in excellent condition, it was a pleasure to drive it. The owner is a wonderful girl, polite and honest. They took it for a month, but they handed it over a little earlier and they returned part of the amount to us. I recommend this service to everyone. Thank you very much

A fairly large selection of motorcycles from small to more powerful for long trips. I rented a motorcycle for two months, the bike was in good condition, almost new, no problems from the lessor. The owners of the service are very responsive, and kindly if there is any problem, they are always in touch. Speak English.
The rental deposit is quite affordable, without a passport deposit (what a very important).

We rented a Scoopy for 1 Day; Motorbike and Helmets were all in very good conditions, gas tank was full and the Service was top. Also they speak english fluently. We can definitely recommend X Rentals!

We rented a Scooter for 4 days here and its just great. The machine was well maintained, the owners of the shop are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can get helmets and accessoires for the Scooter for free.

We could practice for a bit before we took the scooter, prolonging by one day was not a problem at all. They care a lot about their customers.

Dont think you can do any better, if you want to rent a scooter in Surat Thani this is the place to go!
