Beware that this is not for the faint hearted. You have to trek through a narrow jungle path for about 10 mins to eventually find an absolute monster of a rock with a rope hanging from it.
You then have to basically scale the rock using the rope loool. It’s not easy at all. The rock is like 10 meters high
The view from the top is amazing but very dangerous and not a lot of room - max 2 people.
Definitely not suitable for children and you’d want to have good upper body strength if you’re planning on going up it.
The rope also doesn’t fully touch the ground so you really have to pull yourself up and scale the rock.

Started climbing the rock face with the rope and the rope completely snapped. I was lucky not to be injured.
Short hike to one of the best views on Koh Tao. You can park up by Love Koh Tao or Twin Rock restaurant. You have to climb the boulder with the rope, which isn’t the easiest.
I really enjoyed the sunset there.
Went there by scooter and had a 3 minute flip-flop walk up with my grandma
