2 BEWARE
The room listing on Agoda CLEARY says it has Air Conditioning. But the hotel refused to give me what I booked, saying that Agoda displays it wrong. I don’t care if they made a mistake setting up the listing - you can’t refuse to give me what I paid for… it’s completely false advertising.
Half way through the night, a cat walked into our room and woke us up. How? Because there is a massive 3 inch gap under the sliding doors (that also lets mosquitoes in).
Tried the WiFi a few different times during our stay. Didn’t work.
The bar next door is extremely loud with the live band. Not complaining, since we don’t mind this. But it doesn’t mention anything about this noise on the Agoda hotel description so thought I’d mention it here.
The toilets are nice and the staff tried to be friendly even after the issue with the room.
Nice rooms. They should worry less about folding towels neatly and focus on hoovering or mopping the floors. The staff were very disinterested.
