5A well-kept Buddhist temple with a large territory. The mummified revered abbot of the temple, his life story is given at the entrance. Be sure to visit if possible. Interesting from an architectural point of view. Excellent condition.
Each time I come to take refuge in this temple away from the tourist flow.
Too bad the temple was closed when I passed.
Quiet, peaceful place, was on Monday, alone, walked throughout the territory, did not meet anyone, except for a beggar Thai at the entrance, who asked for 100 baht
My favorite place of merit on Koh Samui. Beautiful temple with a mural that took 2yrs to complete, depicting the lifetime of Buddha.
The happiest monk I have ever met is in residence for blessing along with the mummified monk.
Quiet place with few tourists & very welcoming.
The beach has one of the best sunset views on Samui.
Energy here is very strong.
