14The best waterfall on the island. A great view of the fresh water pool from the waterfall and the three-story tea hut of incredible design.
DO NOT COME!
I'm not used to giving negative comments, but this time I have to. I highly discourage you from coming here. There are several dogs hanging around at the waterfall, apparently from the Viewpoint site, jumping and biting people bathing there. They do not let people walk on the waterfall. I don't know what I paid that 20 THB for, certainly not for a sense of security.
There is no waterfall at all but you have to pay 50 bht per person at the entrance. I would definitely not recommend to go there. Everything looks abandoned.
We came to the waterfall from above. Here you should pay 20 B per person and throw it into a bucket standing in front of a hut, which is what we did. The woman in her hut definitely saw this because she nodded to us to put the money there.
Afterwards we walked to the waterfall. When we realized that there was hardly any water due to the few rain showers, we went back along the path. There the lady asked us to pay again. Even though we said we paid and she saw it, she insisted.
When we looked into the bucket as we walked past, the money was logically no longer in it.
Tip: It's best to pay the nice lady directly.
The waterfall will definitely be very beautiful when there is water.
Really beautiful waterfall and short hike. Only 50 baht to get in which is very reasonable.
We were there in December 2022 and it was not closed. Beautiful mysterious place, a bit abandoned, but with very nice flair. You can climb directly to the waterfall and swim there.
Warning - this requires a walk through the woods to get to which requires some climbing and steep hills. To get to the top, following the path, you will need to pay 20 Baht. I was disappointed when we realized the path only brings you to the top, but where you want to be is the bottom is see the big waterfall. It also requires a lot of climbing and can be difficult. Be careful, the rocks are slippery. Overall pretty but not what I was hoping for
Nudist spot, no water hardly any waterfall, maybe not for this time of year or people looking to feel comfortable.
It's a great waterfall, you have basically two ways to get there.
1 is going by the top so you take the Heaven Bar/viewpoint entrance, easy with a short walk you get at the top (20bath cost)
2 you take The Dome entrance then you have a little longer walk but you reach the best are of the waterfall and is a way free of entrance fee.
It’s 20 baht to get in and it’s a little bit of a walk! Bring some good shoes as it can be little slippery! But over all absolutely beautiful and stunning
Fresh and beautiful waterfall.
Not enough deep to jump by the way
20 baths the entry
You can enter the waterfall by the way down the river or the way up
I think it used to be nice before covid, but everything is closed now (bars around). Water kinda shady and they now charge 50B for the entrance. We went anyway and the waterfalls were both not quite exciting.
A stunning waterfall, with a fun hike and lovely views.
Entrance is 20 Baht, and then a quick trek down to the view. You can then choose to go even lower and have a swim.
Overall slightly dangerous but not overly complicated. Definitely recommend if you can bike there! Just don’t get caught in a storm
The waterfall at the end isn’t really worth the walk. There was a lot of tubes going out of it (and on the path) when I went. Not very natural looking with that.
