7Nice and very quiet place. There is everything you need. Kitchen, gym, swimming pool, only 15 minutes from Lamai, 5 minutes from Chaweng. The secretariat is very friendly, I highly recommend.
Beautiful view, good location, parking, swimming pool, gym, although the equipment is old, but I train with dumbbells, that’s what I need, I’ve never met snakes or others, everything for a comfortable stay is there, cleaning once a week, in general, for my own money top!
Wonderful pool! Always clean and cold. The rooms are old, already shabby, but without mold!
An honest air conditioner rated 3 out of 5 - we lived in it for a month. Convenient location - all infrastructure is within 5-10 minutes by bike. By the way, there is good parking, including underground parking. Clean, large and deep pool. There is nothing else interesting on the territory - the gym is just for show - you can only run in it. The room has everything you need - a small but still kitchen, storage space, a balcony. Cleaning is done every two days!
Cozy, but, unfortunately, already quite worn rooms with various traces of many years of use. Slow Wi-Fi, especially in the evening. For some reason, many Russians live here.
We had a very pleasant stay 6 people in 2 separate apartments for a few weeks. Hotel is not brand new but all rooms were tidy with cleaning service every 2nd day. Ground floor has a private entrance to the pool, which was another bonus to have. Kitchen had all basic things like fridge with freezer, electric cook top, thermopot, plates, cups, pans, cutlery etc. Every room in apartment had a split aircon. Also, we had a couple of additional service requests and both were resolved in a timely manner. Another good point is that there are a few large supermarkets located nearby like Big C and Makro. Considering location, price and quality you don't need to look around.
I don't recommend the place. They could've kept the place clean since it is old. No proper maintenance in place. I spoke to the manager about the condition of the room during our stay due to the fact that the room wasn't clean and there was an awful smell coming from the kitchen area. He did nothing and just said that it is what we should expect from an old place. There were rust all over the kitchen and bathroom and there were wires hanging above the TV rack. A hole was even sealed with just a tissue and the curtains are stained. Wood furnishings were eaten by termites, floors were cracked, damages on doors from the kitchen were covered with just a tape. There were grimes all over the bathroom and the thing where you hang the biddet kept falling due to a loose hole and it wasnt fitted properly. The water pleassure from the shower was slow due to the dirt that was trapped from the hose. We even had to clean it ourselves just to get a good water pressure. The pool was ok but we didn't see anyone cleaning it during our stay. The surroundings were awfully dirty.
