Very nice and attentive staff. You get a free towel and have everything you need in terms of equipment and free weights. On the second floor there are cardio machines and one machine each for the adductors and abductors. The gym
is equipped with fans.
One point deducted because the price is comparatively high at 250 baht per day (apparently it has increased by 50 baht) and the gym
is rather small and narrow, which is not so pleasant with a large audience.

Very decent, well-priced, air-conditioned gym right in front of the public entrance to Lamai Beach. It's definitely worth the money.

Great selection of equipment.
Alitte weared out and some of it need maintenance, but all in all a good gym.

Was here a month.ac and fans. Friendly staff. People who go here are also pretty kind. Everything u need honestly.

I came during low season so the small space wasn't an issue. Might get crazy during high season but depends what u like.

Daily fee 250 baht, showers available and a room to change, unfortunately there is no free water.

Ultra Bodies Gym is honestly such a well-planned and well-equipped gym.
It’s small but has everything you need. Air con is strong, towel and locker included in the day pass. Certainly has everything you need. If you have more questions feel free to hit me up on either of the socials above

Compact gym. On the first floor there is a power zone, on the second floor there is a large cardio zone. In general, all the necessary simulators are there. Air conditioners are working fine. There are usually not many people. There are no queues for the gym.
But there is a huge minus - there is always no water in the shower. Be prepared for the fact that rinsing after a sweaty workout will not work.

I used this gym whilst holidaying in Koh Samui. The staff were extremely welcoming and easy to have a laugh with. The gym has everything you need and is nicely air conditioned. It is also very fairly priced. Thank you for having me.

Good gym, had lots of equipment and AC kept it nice and cool. However, nowhere really to deadlift and everything was quite cramped. Would recommend though

250THB for single entry, locker and towel included. Has all the weights/equipment you need, some in need of maintenance (i.e. Leg extension, hamstring curl, calf raise machines are "sticky". Unusable in my book). Treadmills are excellent and in an air conditioned room. I went twice - both during busy times which was not ideal since I had to wait for space or equipment. The gym isn't spacious but it's clean and has everything you need for a great workout!

Very fair priced - 990 baht for the week or 200 baht per day.

Very clean & tidy gym. The free weights area and CV area are separate. There are changing facilities available which are clean and tidy. There is also the option to use a padlock and towel free of charge upon arrival.
The equipment is actually really modern and there’s a squat rack, benching rack, an abundance of benches and lots of dumbbells. Overall I was very impressed with the whole gym!

Kleines, gut ausgestattetes Gym. Im Erdgeschoss u.a. Hanteln & Maschinen, im 1. Stock Ergometer und Matten. Preise: 1 Entry 200 B, 1 Week 990 B, 10 Entry 1490 B. Öffnungszeiten 7-21 Uhr. Es gibt WiFi, man erhält ein Handtuch kostenlos und kann diverse Getränke inkl. 0,5L Wasser f 20 B sowie Protein Shakes & Bananen vor Ort kaufen. Training nur mit Traingsschuhen oder Barfuß.

Solid gym. It has all the equipment you need and everything is in good condition. The price is pretty good at 200 bhat for a single entry.

The space is small and packed with a lot of machines, so if you go during a peak time it can be a lot. It was better when we went later in the evening - fewer people, more accessibility of machines, more space, etc.

Best gym in Lamai in my opinion
The gym is very small, but has everything you need for a good strength or also cardio workout. Upstairs they have many different cardio machines. Downstairs they have many strength machines, also good free weights. You can do free deadlifts and squats but the owner doesn’t like it when it gets noisy, so this is definitely not a good gym if you want to do very heavy lifting, dropping weights, or doing CrossFit style workouts. But for me it was perfect and the prices for daily or weekly access are also inexpensive.
So I can definitely highly recommend this place!

Fantastic gym for a workout while on vacation. This has the best selection I've seen in Koh Samui for weightlifting equipment: squat rack, benches, Smith machine, plenty of dumbbells, and many hammer style machines. Will definitely come back!

Two floors packed with modern equipment, separate changing rooms for men and women with showers. Everything seems clean and there are AC units. I paid 1500 per month which is a great price if you come often.
