Boom and Gun have been excellent tour guides for the beaches part of our tour and I would recommend them to anyone. They both speak very fluent English and are always asking if there is anything they can do to help. They’re also very fun and like to get involved with the group which is great. They both made our time an unforgettable experience and proved it was worth every penny. I can’t thank them enough!

Hey I’m Emily, I have recently finished the 10 Day Bali Experience tour with our tour guide Amer. What an amazing trip! From surfing in Kuta, cooking class in Ubud and snorkelling with turtles in Gili T, I could not have asked for more! I have made some friends for life along the way, and I could not say thank you enough to Amer! The trip would not have been the same without him. He made the trip run so smoothly, as well as having a big smile on his face the WHOLE time! Count yourself lucky if you get Amer as your tour leader (as he also takes the best insta pics)! I did the "Thailand Experience" tour and loved every minute. Our tour guide, Gun, was amazing - so helpful and insightful. Gun toured us around, explaining many things and answering all our questions. I think the people you travel with make your experience; luckily our group was full of amazing people. It wasnt too large that you got lost. Although everyone was from different backgrounds we all meshed very well.
I also got to meet other trutravels guides/employees. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, just a pleasure to be around. Steve, Ryan, and everyone else we met were amazing. Ryan even got us a spontaneous trip to an animal shelter, something we had asked for (he made it happen the next day) ; thank you all. Gun even helped me plan my travels after the trip.
It was a great experience, I am already planning another trip with trutravels.

I don’t know where to start! For someone that is use to all exclusive holidays and chilling around the pool me and my partner wanted to try something different. We decided on the Northern Thailand tour as the itinerary looked amazing and I wanted to go out of my comfort zone! We was not wrong! Our tour guide Benmore was amazing and so welcoming from the start with contacting us via email and Facebook so I already felt like we knew each other before the tour started. We arrived in Bangkok 2 days before the tour and made plans to have drinks with Benmore and the tru travel gang, she gave us a list of the best places to visit and how to get around and answered all our questions! Thank you for making our days in Bangkok packed full activities! Finally the tour started and we met all the people we was going to spend 2 weeks with, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have asked for a better group! Everyone was so lovely and we will now have friends for life! If you are looking for a tour that is packed full of activities and takes you to places you wouldn’t have normally booked then this tour is for you! A massive thank you to Benmore for all her knowledge whilst visiting the beautiful temples and historical places across Thailand, without her we wouldn’t have known the stories and history belonging to Thailand. My favourite part of the tour was the elephant sanctuary, you can really see they are looked after and feel like you are helping with their care, this will be a memory of a life time! The hardest part for me was the jungle trek, I have never trekked before but it was so worth it in the end when we reached the tribe in the mountains! Such an experience meeting the people that live there and seeing their way of life. The view was also to die for but you will see some gorgeous views throughout this tour if you decide to book! After staying the night I was so nervous about the trek down the mountain but Benmore walked with me the whole way down and made sure I was ok! Thank you for looking after me! ️ During our free time Benmore went out of her way to take us to places that was not on the itinerary, I really feel like we would have miss half the things we did if it wasn’t for her and booking this tour! If you are in to partying like us then you will visit all the cool bars and clubs with Benmore, but if you just want to chill and have an early night then you can do both! We didn’t feel pushed in to doing anything we didn’t want to do. Again a huge thank you to the best tour guide we could have asked for! Benmore has made the whole experience a holiday of a life time! She has definitely made us want to book more tours if they are all going to be like this one!

Just completed the 21 day Northern Thailand & Beaches tour and all I can say is that it was life changing. Made friends that will last a lifetime, was constantly pushed out of my comfort zone, and had the best tour guides that make me want to come back for more. Specifically Steve, Phatsada (Oneway), and Patrick were amazing and I really hope to have another tour with them soon!

Just completed the 18 Island hopper tour and it was amazing. It started in Bangkok for 2 days and then headed South to places like Kao Sok National Park (look up pictures. It's incredible), Railay Beach in Krabi, Bottle Beach in Koh Pangan and Koh Tao which is where I did a day of scuba diving.the the absolute highlight of the tour for me! Not all activities are included but definitely value for money with what we did in 18 days. And somehow there managed to still be a good balance of activity time and chill time with nothing being compulsary. You can get pretty knackered the day after rock climbing, absailing, jungle trekking and climbing up to amazing view points.

The guides were also amazing and I really liked that through the whole tour you always have a western and native guide with you which makes you feel calmer especially when travelling or avoiding any language barrier situations. I had Lish (Alicia), Bee & Papsii and they were always helpful and understanding of anyone's situations. Glad to say I now consider them friends which you won't find yourself saying with loads of tour companies. Great tour so thank you TruTravels #TrueFam
