The Sunset Beach Resort & Spa, Taling Ngam

A great resort that we have been to several times, but unfortunately it probably doesn't work anymore.

Perfect for arrival of a flight and couple of days absolutely chilled out. We had wedding nearby and the staff couldn't do enough for us, such lovely people.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Been here twice amazing both times. Location is wonderful, as well as the rooms. Absolutely recommend

This is a great hotel in a very good location in Surat Thani. Although traffic can make commute times very long it is close to the Sea Beach, Security is tight but once inside it is very well finished. The are several restaurants including Chinese, Italian and Indian a buffet with Indian and Thai food. Hygiene appears to be to a very High standard. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you would expect. The staff are friendly and helpful. Taxis are available around the clock. The location is a mixed bag if you want to go out for walk but there are dinne nice areas.

Super schöne gepflegte Anlage, sehr schön eingerichtete Bungalow mit offenen Bädern, einfach super. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Super klasse Massagen direkt am Strand von Profis. Leider kommen am Tag sehr viele Tagesgäste dadurch ist der Strand am Tag total überlaufen. Nachteil ist auch das das Restaurant 18 Uhr schließt und man nix essen und zu trinken bekommt.

Very nice and calm resort located directly at the beach. Tasty breakfast with very good Coffee and a selection of fresh juice. Very clean with friendly stuff. Sauna and steaming room avaible.
Two nice Beach Restaurants nearby.

Swimming pool is one of my favourite in Koh Samui. Well worth 500bath per adult for non hotel guests. The way the hotel has been decorated is super cool. Food was decent as well. Nice place.

I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel, it is located next door. Me, my 68yo mom and 5yo son walked around and wanted to walk through the Senset Beach Resort to the beach, but the hostess at the lobby wasn't friendly and didn't allow it, as "the access to the hotel for hotel guest only". That guite rude and ridiculous.

Stayed for our Honeymoon. Was the best stay in our 3 weeks trip to Thailand. We wanted a calm and peaceful stay far from Chaweng and we got everything we hoped for in this resort.
Super friendly staff, everything was calm and the energies were just great. Food was excellent. The details, the people, the confort. Boutique style, not extravagant.

Hotel liegt etwas weit weg, Auto oder Motorrad empfehlenswert falls man weg möchte.
Für ruhige Hoteltagen sehr gut geignet.

The resort is beautiful. It's not huge but the space is very nice and it's not overcrowded. Its in a very quiet and somewhat remote area so if you like to go to a loud busy place this probably isnt for you in terms of travel costs which can add up. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Their prices are fair and the food at the restaurant has good food.

We had a flat tire on our Motorbike. They fixed that for us, even thought we were not guest of the hotel.
We did visit the poolbar while they fixed the tire. Great service and drinks.

Really relaxing place to be. Breakfast was excelent, all staff where friendly and service a+. Do recommend!
