The Side Walk Restaurant

This is one of the best restaurant in koh samui! The food, drinks, service, people and the ambiente is very good! We are so happy, that they open again! We love it!

Very good authentic Thai food! Satay gai is very tasty and tender and I had the best Tom yum Soup with fish! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great location just right opposite Central festival shopping mall!

Had a pleasant dinner at Side Walk Restaurant the other night! The interior design of the restaurant and ambience is absolutely spot on! Staff were kind and friendly as well.

I had the stir fry vegetables and mushrooms along with one of their signature dishes, Seafood Hor Mok. It was cooked perfectly (you have to try it!) and we had an enjoyable time. This restaurant was recently opened so it was incredibly surprising how good it was. Definitely a contender for possibly the best restaurant in Samui right now!

Also check out the rooftop area, view is simply stunning and amplifies your dining experience even further! As a Thai person, this is truly authentic Thai food:)

The food is amazing! Definitely deserves 5 stars. The fried fish with garlic is my top choice!

Great Restaurant at the center of Chaweng. Very friendly Staff and the Food is delicious (Amazing Panang!)! Bonus points for the Lemongrass juice ;)

Came across this restaurant “The Side Walk” just right in front of Samui Central Fest. It opened recently and is currently ran by the former owner of “Chaweng Khaosan”.

I ordered the avocado salad as well a spicy bacon spaghetti and left feeling immensely satisfied. The taste is sublime. Salad is refreshing with fresh avocados while the spaghetti taste very authentic and delicious to say the very least.

Would definitely recommend to every single person here. Give it a chance, I promise none of you will regret it! There’s an option for everybody here including vegan, kids as well as people with allergies everyone here is accommodated to their personal liking by the friendly staff. Who knows, it might even be the highlight of your trip!:)

We are so happy to have found The Side Walk! My husband and I were so upset to find that after Covid, the Khaosan Restaurant down the street had closed down. We used to go every day.

We were walking along and saw that The Side Walk is by the owners of Khaosan Restaurant - woohoo!

Food is 10/10 as it always has been, the owners and staff are so attentive, kind and hospitable. They even remembered us from Khaosan Restaurant days. We are so happy to see they’re still in business making delicious Thai food.

The restaurant is easily the best in Chaweng because of the food, staff & air conditioning!

Definitely try the fried chicken wings - the sauce is amazing and chicken is so juicy.

We also had the green curry soup with roti and fried rice noodles with beef.

You can tell they use quality ingredients and every mouthful is packed with flavour.

Thank you for having us we will be back many times before the end of our trip!
