The Mangrove Village , KOH SAMUI

We had the most amazing time in our home vila! It is incredibly beautiful and has everything you need, quiet, peaceful and right at the beach. A huge thank you to our host Kevin, who helped us with everything and made us feel welcome like no other!

This Villla can be found on AirBnB. Situated in the Mangrove it is placed beautifully for anyone wanting solitude and extreme privacy with all the home comforts on hand. Big enough to house 4 adults with the ability to self cater in a fully equipped kitchen or take the opportunity to visit a massive variety of eateries within a very short distance.

The villa is hosted by Kevin. You will not find a nicer, more accommodating, sincere host on the planet. He is listed as a SuperHost but this does not do him justice, he should be considered a Concierge and for those who have had the pleasure of this service you will know what i mean. Living locally himself he is on hand to cater for every desire and situation, wether that be a taxi, advice about local attractions, moped hire or trip arrangement or even just to get the cleaning crew or pool cleaned. He is truly there to ensure your stay is perfect and we cannot thank him enough for his kindness.

This location in the south is ideally suited to ppl who don't want any hustle and bustle associated with the North of the island.

A very good rental villa. Quiet location in front of the sea, rare! A lot of restaurants and commodities nearby. Loved the private swimming pool. Will go back for sure)

Very nice home for vacation. Got everything you need for a peace and quiet holiday. The home decoration is unique and stylish, Thai + Bali style. The location is a little far away from the main road, but that is not really a problem. If you want a quiet place to hibernate yourself, this is the best place

I haven't actually visited or stayed but Kevin comes across so politely and so professionally on air b& b that I thought he deserved a good review for that! When I explained that as a solo traveller I can't afford his villa, he wrote a friendly message back saying he wished me a good trip. I'm sure he looks after his guests very well.

We spent an idyllic week here and were catered to like no other place! Great amenities, fantastic owner (Kevin, you are a world class host!) and spectacular scenery meant that we were able to completely relax and enjoy everything with no problems. There is even great fishing to be had from the veranda (my son caught small fish on a handline every morning: catch and release!). The villa itself is fashionably furnished and in good taste with rare antiques and modern appliances. I highly recommend!
