We had an amazing time here!
The apartment was clean and stylish. Location wise is great, private but situated near a mall, hospital, nice restaurants and convenient store. It has security personnel on site and key card opeation for the building. This apartment exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.

Not the best place where you can stay in Chaweng.
Deposit for living is same as monthly payment (~15000 THB) without any explanation and understandable reasons.
Super greedy and jealous owner, always try to get extra THB for everything.free cleaning only 1 time/month, change bed sheets, towels always extra money and prices are not adequate.
HIGHEST THEFT ALERT!
Salary of staff very low, thats why they can steal your money or valuable things while make cleaning. There will be nothing you can prove.
More than that, their staff steal money from the owner (rental payments). That’s why we (the residents) had to communicate with the police several times and confess. He said we must talk to police or pay again full price.
There are also a lot of insects in the flat, which live in the pipes of the sink and bathtub and fly around the rooms and in bed also.
The best idea was to move out from this terrible and horrible place and leave the owner drown in his bile.

We went to Bangrak Chaweng Lamai and ended up choosing it for long-term accommodation. The apartments are fresh (renovated, furniture, bed and mattress), bright. Different sides of the world - who likes what (pool view, mountain view, sea view, mixview). The pool is clean, sun loungers. There is a small fitness room (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, bench press/press bench, bench press rack with free weights, few weight plates, dumbbell row is not large, no air conditioning, only fans), shower by the pool, toilet. 1 bedroom 58 sq.m. Large balcony sq. 10 probably - 34300THB without utilities. Security 24 hours a day at the entrance. Entrance to the territory using a magnetic key.

We lived in the condo for a year.
The grounds are maintained, the pool is cleaned, and there is 24-hour security.

This is where the advantages end.apartments were destroyed. What you see in the photo is very different from reality.
- Sofas and chairs have traces of stains and are not cleaned at all by the staff.
- cooking plates work every other time
- my neighbors had rats in their ceilings
- internet is weak
- during the year of residence, they never replaced the curtains that were covered with dust!
- during the year of residence, the floor-to-ceiling windows were never washed!
- air conditioners are not cleaned and are noisy
- 3 adult monitor lizards live on the condo premises, be careful
- creepy sensors have recently been installed on the door, and if you haven’t closed the door within 3 seconds, it sounds like a message about the start of a nuclear war. I can’t imagine what kind of people are on the 1st floor
- the equipment in the hall is old and sticky. The elliptical doesn't work, and neither does the exercise bike. They will not change the equipment because the owner is not ready to invest money in it. The rod was purchased at the expense of the condo's long-term residents.

Of course, all comments were addressed to the condo administration, but alas, they do not influence or do not want to influence.
Former employees of the condo reported that the owner is very greedy and instead of improving, he only raises prices and does not represent anything for it.
At the moment, the price does not correspond to the quality at all.

Well located hotel. The manager very pleasant.
Very noisy apartment located on the top floor (noise from the ceiling, the air conditioning motor unbearable) no hot water (well they sent 1 plumber, but who couldn't find a way to fix it) so 6 days cold shower.
As a couple with 2 children it is a place that does not represent the holidays I do not recommend.

We lived for 2 months, a wonderful and friendly girl moved us in, after 2 weeks she urgently asked to pay for the next month, they paid. It turned out that the girl deceived and we transferred the money to a similar personal account of hers, she did all this before the Songkran holiday, she deceived not only us, but I know for sure 4 apartments, maybe more. We were sent to the police to write a statement; let me remind you, the girl was an employee of the condo. Afterwards we were sent to the bank to freeze the account, and then to the condo administration with all the statements. The staff is friendly, always smiling and saying hello. When leaving, I left a bag with 1.5 kg of halva, two bags of sweets and 6 chocolates in the freezer and forgot. I arrived two days later, and there was no picket, they said that everything had melted, then it turned out that everything had been taken away and there was nothing left. No one even called or wrote that the item was forgotten. I left a flower, rugs and household supplies, everything is standing. It's a terrible shame.

The flat was very spacious and clean. Has a very small gym but no air conditioning the swimming pool good size.

Stay monthly in 2021, found more than 5 cockroaches fly out from on the ceiling on the first night. Horrify me so i stay at my friend's place instead. No security and lack or maintenance. Feel very unsafe to stay.
Moved out and got charged extra for bedsheet clean sth around 1000 to 1500 thb.

Reviewed before but my review got removed

The building seems to be getting a little bit in the tooth, but don't let the age fool you. The garden and the pool area is absolutely clean and very pretty, there is a gardener who cleans and works on it the whole day. The water in the pool seems perfectly clear and not overly chlorinated. There are even nice showers, toilets and sun longers there. Also the paths around are plain and free of tripping hazards.
I rated only four stars because of the in asia typically worn out door latches, the scaled faucets, the slightly rusty handrails and the rather loud air condition and vents. Over all i would go there again.
