The Beach Samui reviews
25 Top hotel, although a little out of the way, but there are enough restaurants on site! Fantastic view. It's wonderful to watch the sunset in the tub on the balcony and be woken up by the waves in the morning!
The staff here is great again!

Beautiful location with awesome, very friendly staff! Massively enjoyed our stay in the Beach Samui!
I was booked for a pedicure treatment, cost ฿1000. Sadly discovered they are not setup properly for doing pedicure. I was taken to a massage room and given a hard upright chair to sit on. A person was brought in from outside and a round plastic bucket with warm water was used to put my feet in.not a foot spa. The "pedicure" consisted of cleaning toe nails and very quick nail file and then painting of toe nails. Nothing like a bit of foot massage, foot scrub, using footfile to remove thick skin from heels and ball of feet was done. The experience lasted 15 to 20 minutes. Not worth the money and not something I would recommend to anyone.
Gorgeous boutique hotel filled with great staff. The rooms are beautiful, the view is priceless. The food is fantastic, we had lunch and dinner at the hotel whenever possible. The price/performance ratio is great. I can only recommend this hotel …
We had a pretty average experience - we arrived late at night (around 9: 30pm) and were quite bummed to know that the Hotel does not have a restaurant and all the places around were already closed. They mailed us about the facilities and if we needed a cab but nothing about the food. Would be great to mail the guests about the same especially when they were arriving late.
Also I would rate this more as an Airbnb than a hotel coz for a hotel they had zero amenities. The property is named as beach but it's against the dock so it gets really shallow and it's rocky.
Lastly the staff at the checkout was rude, she wanted to check the room for amenities before we left. She wasn't warm or courteous.
The staff are extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome, and the hotel itself is very comfortable and in a quiet part of the island so easy to relax
This was the best hotel on our trip to Ko Samui. The interior of the rooms is well designed, everything’s super clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This place is for you, if you’d like to enjoy a quiet place to relax. The massages are also excellent.
Only recommendation to the management: The complimentary rental bikes are not in the best shape. Maybe they can be replaced.
Beautiful, peaceful place. Staff so kind and friendly. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. And I am scared of dogs. So did not walk around much. Great experience.
Stayed here for 2 nights in July. The cab transfer from chaweng cost us 700 baht. The property is exactly as described in the hotel website. Absolutely delighted with our stay. The tub on the balcony was special. Restaurants were just beside the hotels. One 7 11 store is just across the road for getting drinks. The views are outstanding, the rooms are so clean and bed is very comfortable. Completely enjoyed our stay.
Even though it is located in not so busy area, phantip pick service was available to drop us to the pier in the morning.
What a fanstatic place to relax. Superb stuff looking after you in such an amazingly designed ***** butique Hotel in small Thong Krut fishing village
We absolutely loved our stay here - so much so that we ended up extending our trip! The rooms were lovely and clean, bed nice and comfy, decent air conditioning. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout our stay and staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend
We decided to go and visit some of the hotels on the island of Koh Samui before making the decision to book or not to book the next week in a 4/5 star hotel. We are only providing the reviews on a visual and first impressions feeling not on actual stay. The Beach samui is located in a remote location where you can kick back and relax but do not expect much beyond that. Self catering appointments that are spotless, large and well maintained. We inspected the penthouse suite (the only one available) so we were told. The apartment felt like it should be in Miami's south Beach not in Thailand. View was absolutely amazing. Beach was little rough, required cleaning. We saw two couples in the whole time we were there. Great place to maybe use as a stop over for one or two nights but not a week. Negative. We asked if we could refill our water bottles, request was denied! Staff attitude and service makes up the difference between resorts if they are on the same level of rooms, villas and grounds quality. Sorry you lost us on that portion of the rating.
Beautifully appointed, wonderful staff, and right on the beach. In a quiet part of the island with great restaurants and the hotel offers free shuttles to fisherman's market and Lamay beach.
The hotel is beautiful, but stuff is not professional at all. We wanted to rent the room in this hotel just for 2 nights, because of our wedding. They do not have any offers for honeymooners and gave us price more expensive than in booking.com. So after that I do not want to stay here. I hope, the owners will see this review.
Now I can see the answer from the owner. Excuse me, but what do you mean “stay for free”? We asked about just one thing: if you have any special offers for honeymooners or not? It is a normal practice, when hotels have honeymoon packages. Even when we understood, that you do not have any, we still wanted to stay. But after conversation with your staff we made a decision to leave this hotel and find something else. You really need to find someone more professional with a good english. Wish luck to your business.
The most thoughtful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They had thought of every need and accommodated for it. They even went out a got a cake for my girlfriend on her birthday completely unprompted. It’s not an all inclusive resort, don’t expect to stay on site for your entire vacation, you will need to leave to get food, do tours etc but that’s exactly what we were looking for and had an INCREDIBLE experience.
The beach resort is located in a quiet fishing village called Ban Krut about 40minutes from the airport and chewang beach, right on the beach swimming pool access to tours fishing snorkeling island hoping koh Penang is just across 10 minutes by boat the barge to the main land not far away plenty of places to eat for a chilled out holiday its pretty good the resort is still going through expansion with a restaurant and accommodation yet to be built.
I do not know! The rooms are beautiful and the staff, despite not understanding anything, is kind and always smiling But the beach and the pool are a real disaster. Both impractical. So it's really out of the world and you spend a lot of money to move around and see or do something. I'm sorry but it's all just appearance
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous
Staff is super friendly and willing to help out wherever they can
The rooms are absolutely 5 stars. Nothing to complain. You even have 2 showers so you can shower simultaneously. A bathtub on your balcony. LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST!
Only downside is that the ocean here has no coral left
They (not sure whether it was this hotel or someone else) cleared it all for boats. Yes for tourism to make money.
Makes me very sad and frustrated
