Rented 2 Honda Scoopy for 1 day. 300 baht per scooter. Passport held as caution. They explained us everything about the scooters as we hadn't drove them in a while. Very nice and efficient.

They worked promptly, the equipment was in good condition. Delivered, picked up. Convenient and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, the form of payment is convenient.

Great service, great motorcycles - absolute recommendation and at a great price. You can pay a passport or Baht as a deposit. We decided on the latter - a handover will be made including a form.

Very kind and good Service. It was not possible to deliver the scooters to our hotel but the owner picked us up and bring us back to our hotel after we bring back the bikes.

We found contacts online, wrote to WhatsApp, sent us photos of the bikes we needed, and chose them. We agreed to bring the bikes to the right place. This is very cool! We didn’t rush along the beaches, didn’t look for anyone. They sent us the bikes where we said they would, and then they also took them away. The bikes were fine, the brakes were excellent, the engine was not dead, we had fun. Thank you. We recommend

Everything perfect. Fair price, good scooters and we were even picked up at our villa and brought back. I would definitely recommend!

Very good service. Problem with bike occurred and they sent out help to arrive within 10 minutes and brought me a brand new bike. Very friendly staff and great value for money and gave us back every penny of the deposit.

Got a brand new bike for 250bt a day, location on the main road which is good. Owners really nice.

They don’t honour the rental agreement. The bold guy tried to charge me 1500tbh for a replacement key despite it clearly stating 300tbh in the contract! Somehow I knew he would do this after our phone call so I brought the contact with me and shoved it in his face. He still didn’t back down. I had another bad experience when I needed to get back my passport for a visa extension and they demanded 20,000 deposit which is a bit excessive. I gave them the bike back and just got a taxi. After extending my visa and coming back to pick up the bike a lady working there claims my visa was only extended for 1 day. I then had to come back the next day, give them the bike back again to get my passport and paid them additional money to rent a cheaper bike with a smaller deposit (now renting 2 bikes at once). I go to the immigration office and they said there was nothing wrong with my visa extension and my passport was stamped. I go back to the bike shop, asked for a refund for making me rent another bike and the girl refuses despite this being completely her fault and wasted a day of my vacation. This company is terrible and even had to threaten to get the police involved if they didn’t honour the contact. This poor service is completely unacceptable especially poor considering I’m renting an expensive bike for a month! My advice to the owner of the company, sack your staff, especially the bold guy. He is probably one of the most unpleasant people I’ve met.

Easy, rented a good bike for driving arround. Brought it back and my deposit was paid in secunds. Recomend this place, no bs about keeping passport, pay 5k deposit. Thanks!

They could not have made it easier to rent and the price was right. Their scooters are much newer than most.

Everything at the beginning was very great. Owner was fast to respond and drop off was on time. We even got a discount since we booked many days. Bike worked perfectly. The drop off is what put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. We told the man who dropped off the bike if he could actually pick up the bike on Sunday because we had a flight at 7am the next morning and he said they’re closed on Sunday so we asked him if we could just pay for 9 days instead of 10. He called his boss and told him he’s okay with picking up the bike on Sunday at 5pm BUT he did NOT write it down. Come Sunday, this man interrupts us at breakfast in our hotel and tells our waitress that he needs the bike back. We were confused as it was 9am and we had day plans. We asked her to tell him that it’s 5pm and he walks away, ignoring her and she had to chase after him. His demeanor was terrible. He was so rude to all of us. He could barely speak a word of English and had us very upset with his gestures, lack of professionalism and horrid memory. We told him that he said he would come at 5pm and he said ‘NO I PICK UP NOW’ and that they’re closed so he won’t call his boss. He also kept complaining about having to pay 150 baht for a taxi to come here. We finally accepted having to return the bike but asked for a refund for one day to which he refused. He told me to call the business but I tried calling both the numbers of Thai Moto and Eduardo (boss or manager maybe?) and no one picked up. I called Ed a few times and then he just ended my call and magically, the little man we were dealing with got a call from him (or somebody else). After arguing and lots of back and forth, the man agreed to refund us for a day and sent money to our receptionist to give us cash. The owners or whoever was the boss was quite accommodating. I can’t be mad because we weren’t cheated in the end but I didn’t appreciate not being able to reach anyone who could speak English when we were having issues with one of their employees. He was just very unkind and unpleasant to deal with it. So unprofessional. Would highly recommend the business to hire someone else to handle deliveries and pickup. Would’ve recommended their bikes otherwise.

The best place in town for renting a scooter or a bike/cars. I rented a scooter for 2 weeks and got the honda for 200 bahts a day in a very good condition, almost new. You can either leave your passport or 5000 bahts deposit.

Wir hatten im Oktober einen Roller (Honda 125) bei Thai Moto gemietet. Die Abwicklung war total unkompliziert und der Roller war technisch top in Schuss. Wir können Thai Moto nur weiterempfehlen. Alles bestens und sehr freundlich!

Rented a scooter for 2 weeks.
First one I choose had bad breaks, but could change it with another one which was working fine.
Had no issue with renturning it. Got my deposit back quick.

Good service, 200 baht per day, 5000 baht deposit if you don't want to leave your passport. Got the scooter changed with no problems after noticing some acceleration issues (could have been just me). Left extra 50 baht for some missing fuel. Good service overall.
